This narrower nozzle is designed for use with children and has a natural bend to indicate the safest maximum insertion point. It is equally suited for adult use, depending on personal preference. Made of soft plastic (plastisol), this nozzle is strong but very flexible. It has four side outlets and one large front outlet. The connector end is graduated and firmly holds a 5/16" enema hose.

For the smaller statured people, the junior nozzles are perfect. I tried the others and they are just way too big. The little blue junior ones work great, are not expensive, and work great.

For my wife and I this nozzle is the ideal size. There is no discomfort created from inserting or removing it.   It is both small in diameter and flexible and this lends its use to being a nozzle that can be used repeatedly for a series of enemas without traumatizing the sensitive tissues surrounding the anus.   We've tried everything from 1.5 inch anal plug style nozzles to graduated nozzles etc... None of them are as easy to use as this one.
