Placing an order presumes that you have read and agree to our policies.
We do not distribute or sell names, e-mail addresses, or any other information about our customers.
All orders are packaged discreetly and include Optimal Health Network's return shipping address.
Optimal Health Network accepts returns of any unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return an unopened product, please email us at customerservice@ optimalhealthnetwork.com. We will provide instructions on making your return. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Do not return any product until you receive instructions from us.
IMPORTANT: Because of the sanitary nature of the majority of our products, we do not accept returns of any opened items.
Because of the high cost of transaction processing fees, we do
not accept order cancellations. Please be certain that you are ordering
correctly before you submit your order. Please contact us if you have any questions. We are happy to assist you with placing your order.
We inspect all our products before shipping.
Please inspect your order when it arrives, and contact us
within 30 days if any items are missing or defective.
In the event that you discover a problem with the product upon use, please contact us immediately to discuss replacement.

Latex rubber tends to degrade when used with
substances other than plain water. Therefore we do not replace latex
products that are worn as we have no way to verify whether or not such
substances have been used. If you intend to use essential oils, oil
soap, or any oils or petroleum products in enema implants, we recommend
that you purchase products made of vinyl or silicone as they will last
much longer than latex. Please read the warning and notice about latex
in the disclaimer section below.
Optimal Health Network guarantees the structural integrity of all of its silicone enema bags with a lifetime warranty. In the rare event that you need to replace a silicone enema bag due to defect or other failure in the course of normal prescribed use, please call us. We will send you a return shipping label at no charge, and upon receiving the returned product we will ship you a replacement silicone enema bag at no charge. (This lifetime warranty does not apply to harmless discoloration caused by some enema solutions such as coffee.)
We are not a mail order company and do not issue a printed catalog. All of our products and prices are listed on our website.
Orders are taken only online and by phone.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Shipping & Handling
For items in stock, normal processing time for your order (preparation for shipment) is 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are presented with shipping options during the checkout process.
Occasionally we become out of stock on an item due to a vendor
shortage. If any item on your order is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail.
To keep shipping costs reasonable, we hold the entire order until we
have all items in stock so that you will incur only one shipping
We ship all orders via USPS Priority and Express services.
All international orders are shipped with USPS International Priority or
Express, as they can be tracked through the entire shipping process.
Please be sure you have entered the
correct shipping address. Shipping errors are costly as they incur
triple charges (to the wrong address, returned to us, to the right
address). If the error is yours, you will be charged for all shipping charges.
We provide shipping time estimates for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are only estimates. We cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. For example, during holiday periods and/or severe weather, it may take longer than the stated estimated time for your order to arrive.
Import Duties on International Orders
An import duty is a tax placed on imports by customs authorities in the destination country of the shipment. These duties vary by country and are dictated by the value of the goods being imported. Optimal Health Network is not responsible for any import fees applied to international orders. All import fees (duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are out of the control of Optimal Health Network and are the responsibility of the customer.

must presume that it is for personal use under the direct supervision of a medical doctor.
We make no claim or guarantee for cure or relief
of any symptom, medical condition, or disease when using any of these products.
Warning: Research has shown that an allergy to latex (rubber) can
develop after repeated exposure. The more one is exposed, the more
likely one will develop sensitivity to latex. We do carry products made from alternative materials such as silicone for those needing to avoid latex.
Do not use essential oils, oil soap, or any other petroleum-based products on latex (rubber) materials, as oils will weaken latex.
Equipment Disclaimer: Wash every part of your equipment thoroughly with mild, soapy water before and after each use. Let all parts hang dry. Keeping your equipment clean and dry will extend its life.
