I've been using these nozzles for for at least 15 years. I tried to find cheaper bags, tubes and nozzles, but they don't perform as well. This nozzle in particular never slips out unexpectedly and goes in far enough to help the coffee get all the way in. It's also easy to clean and flexible so very comfortable. I am convinced OHN enema equipment and especially coffee result in a better and healthier outcome.

For the smaller statured people, the junior nozzles are perfect. I tried the others and they are just way too big. The little blue junior ones work great, are not expensive, and work great.

For my wife and I this nozzle is the ideal size. There is no discomfort created from inserting or removing it. It is both small in diameter and flexible and this lends its use to being a nozzle that can be used repeatedly for a series of enemas without traumatizing the sensitive tissues surrounding the anus. We've tried everything from 1.5 inch anal plug style nozzles to graduated nozzles etc... None of them are as easy to use as this one.
