The Inflatable Silicone Retention Nozzle with Syringe is easy to use and inexpensive. This nozzle can also be used as a colon tube. This system includes an FR 24, 10-ml silicone colon tube with an inflatable balloon at its tip, a connector to attach the nozzle to any standard 5/16" hose, and a 1-oz. (30-cc) syringe to inflate the balloon.

WARNING: Inflate the balloon no more than 1 to 2 syringe volumes per enema. Over-distention of a rectal balloon catheter may cause it to burst, which can possibly cut or rip the rectum wall, which can lead to serious illness. DO NOT overinflate your enema retention nozzle. The effectiveness of the inflatable retention nozzle is strictly in its ability to allow you to retain an enema solution. The retention of solution can be achieved with a MINIMAL amount of inflation. Always inflate the nozzle before you insert it into your body to ascertain how much the balloon actually inflates.
