1. Ortho Z-Binder (60 capsules) — Z-Binder is a broad-spectrum binding formula containing natural ingredients from the purest sources to support enhanced clearance of heavy metals and unwanted organisms and organic compounds from the GI tract.
   
   INGREDIENTS: 1 serving (2 capsules) contains: Purified Zeolite (G-PUR®) 400 mg, Activated Charcoal 100 mg, and Purified Shilajit (PrimaVie®) 100 mg.
2. NOW Psyllium Husk Powder (12 oz.) — Dietary fiber is a necessary component of the diet that is often lacking in the typical Western diet.
