I have read many great things about the quality and effectiveness of this product. Through my research, I also found that sunflower lectin is also great for bile cleansing. I have tried 1200 mg per meal and works every bit as good. Much cheaper and has other health benefits.

I am not a huge supplement user or offerings for my clients. But when the body needs what it needs, you sometimes have to use a supplement. What a lovely product. Poo has become regular and smoother. The smell is a bit off putting but it doesn't leave any burps or odor in the mouth.

I started taking GB-3 about 2 months ago, just once a day with my biggest meal. I was told it would clear some metals and balance my copper levels. Well, I will need a follow up hair analysis to see if it did any of those things which I will do eventually. But what I did notice is I started losing weight. I've dropped 8 pounds without even trying. Mind you, I'm menopausal and haven't been able to lose weight in years unless I do rigorous exercise and follow a very restrictive diet. This is wonderful! Not sure if it will do that for everyone but it's worth giving it a try.
