If you have chronic illness with aggregated symptoms, alternating this with the tangerine essential oil is fantastic for minimizing herx reactions since it increases the glutathione production and neutralizes toxins. I do 2 CEs back to back alternating the two oils and it has dramatically decreased discomfort due to detox.
