The first enema bulb I got was the blue OHN sold.  Ex threw it out.
Now divorced I got this enema bulb, giving enemas again in my home. Give for colds, flu, fevers, constipation, or felt an enema is needed.
This bulb is good quality.  Very easy to fill and squeeze.
Easy to clean in sink full of mild warm soapy water.  Rinse well, leave airing out, nozzle off, few days.  
I give the enema across my lap way or on kitchen table.  Use Made For Enema soap bar sold by OHN.
Everything prepared, across my lap, or table, on a towel.
Easy filling using one hand.  not slippery filling up in the pan of soapy water.

Have the one getting the enema relax , take deep breaths in an out of open mouth when getting the enema.  Giving less than the 8 oz, fill like 1/2 full.  No air in bulb.  Or fill full and inject desired amount.
May be good to have another mom assist with the enema if feel will resist the enema.  Especially for the first ever enema .
Check with doctor before giving an enema.
