This nozzle is not for the faint of heart, but is an amazing retention nozzle for those who need that extra assistance in holding their enema. I took this nozzle and lubricated both the nozzle and myself with a generous amount of Vaseline before inserting. I spent some time re-inserting it in order to get accustomed to inserting it. I next attached to my new 4 quart enema bag and took a full 4 quarts in the knee-chest position, and though I felt increased pressure from the bag hanging 3’ above me the nozzle stayed put during the entire enema. This nozzle feels amazing going in and coming out once your sphincter becomes accustomed to its rather large 1 1/2 diameter bulbous head. Once the head of the nozzle passes your inner sphincter it slides the 5.5” into place for a comfortable enema.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of this nozzle. Delrin Nozzles like this are more comfortable and easier to use, and provide better water flow than other cheaper ones.
