I bought the hair analysis test from Optimal Health Network because they had the least expensive price I could find on the internet. But I was pleasantly surprised that it also came with a free 15 minute consultation on the findings once the results were back. I was amazed at how much insight Kristina had after she deciphered my test for me. She gave me recommendations and even emailed me later with her findings and what she thought would benefit me to rid my body of heavy metals, create balance with my minerals, and increase the energy in my body. Since having this done, I have had 2 of my sons also tested and recommended Kristina to my cousin as well. If you're serious about your health journey, this test is a must!

After my functional medicine doctor ordered this test for me to get a baseline, I ordered 2 more to evaluate my progress. My first retest results were very helpful and more importantly, trustworthy. They showed increases where I had been supplementing and decreases where I had made cuts. For example, my magnesium levels went up after taking magnesium glycinate for a couple of months. Also, I switched from a deodorant that uses aluminum to one that doesn't, and my aluminum levels went down. Very good test. I would definitely recommend it.

I did the HTMA for both my son and I. I got a lot of information about what's going on below the service that I hadn't gotten from blood tests. Initially I had a question about the HTMA kit and my question was answered promptly.
I ordered the kit and followed the clear instructions.
I liked that the unneeded entries were marked out (using a big squiggle through that region of the form)
The little balance (scale) worked fine for me to send the proper amount of hair. The balance made a distinct toggle when I placed my hair sample on it.
I have received my HTMA Results
I still plan to make use of my included 15 minute consultation .
I have not set that up yet.
