I've been using the super salve for about three weeks now, for an anal fissure and hemorrhoids. I've been dealing with these issues for 5 months now. Just when I think my fissure is finally healed, I have a relapse 2 to 3 weeks later. So far, I've been happy with the Super Salve. It's one of the only products I've tried that I haven't had any sensitivities to. I don't think my fissure is fully healed yet, and I still have hemmorhoids, but it's only been a few weeks, so Im giving it more time. If nothing else, it's helped give some relief if I'm having pain. Im using along with the recommended suppositories and the goat milk soap (which I love)

I have been using super salve on internal hemorrhoids for a long time. I melt the salve in a microwave and wait until it is semi-solid and apply it like an ointment. It is very soothing and effective and relieves any itching better than any commercial hemmorid ointment on the market.
