I have been using Ortho-Biotics to help boost my probiotics for over two years. I love this product! I have found something quite helpful to getting these into my small intestine. I use them at bedtime. I pour the contents of a little less than one pill into a empty enteric capsule, as that gets it all the way through my stomach acid.
