It does exactly what it says it does. Now I am a novice here, and when there were problems it was user error, and no fault of the product. First, the tube portion is longer than the delrin nozzles I'd used previously, so getting it completely inserted was a bit of a trick. Inflating it creates a good barrier, but doesn't necessarily prevent cramping or feeling overly "full". Overall I prefer it to the other nozzles, but it is definitely for experts.

Thus was my first time ordering from Optimum Health, but it definitely won't be my last. I was unsure about spending almost $70..00 on this Inflatable Double Bulb Silocon Retention knob, as the picture of others online for $15.00 to $20.00 look exactly the same. Obviously I didn't want to significantly over pay, and as it turns out, I did not. This particular Inflatable Double Bulb is VERY HIGH QUALITY. You don't have to worry about receiving some cheap, Chinese junk, all while paying almost 80.00 for it. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND one of thee if you plan on doing a 3 - 5 liter enema.

I'm so relieved to have found this. I had had good experiences with enemas in the past but can no longer hold them in and it got too stressful and messy. This product completely solved the problem for me. It takes 5 pumps of the interior bulb but now there is worry of leakage when holding or getting to the toilet to release. I paid good money on this thing and on the very first use, I leaked all over the place. This was the worst investment I ever made and I can't even send it back because I opened and used it. Also, the front balloon deflates on its own.
