I like this system because I needed something a little more firm to be able to get past an internal scar. This works like a champ for that.

However, on the first nozzle I received, the strings that wraps around the retention balloon thing were not trimmed properly and are quite sharp so they were abrading the tissue inside, causing bleeding.

I recently had to replace my retention nozzles. I purchased them initially with two two quart OHN Enema Bags. They are a pleasure to use and really work. My wife and I use them. They are the "poor man's answer to the Bardex nozzles. That said, they are well made and will last a long time.

This nozzle works really well, without being too fussy. The downside is it breaks too soon -- but, to be clear, it wasn't the balloon that broke, it was the inflator itself, which I did not expect. Really expensive for a product that doesn't last very long, but I don't really have a choice.

Once inserted and inflated this nozzle does it's job. When inserting and removing the edges tend to scrape just a little, even with an over abundance of lube. Once inflated this nozzle stays put very well until pressure is released.

I really like this nozzle. It provides a measure of security, helping me breathe through the cramps without worrying about leaks. However, within about six weeks the balloon developed a tear and the inflatable pad became wet inside with coffee solution rendering it useless. Too expensive to keep replacing.
