What a pleasure to use! The set-up reminded me somewhat of my younger days when my mother gave us enemas with a bulb Syringe.

I am a firm believer in the benefits of large volume enemas but for 40 years have struggled with just getting 2 quarts in so a few weeks ago it was time to retire old faithful and i bought one of the 1 gallon bags ,figured it would save time on refills ,so in searching the inter web i found this wonderful site and this Smooth Flow Higginson pump , well i used it , and then i heard that sound of an empty bag and i was thinking , how is this possible , 4 quarts in me , zero cramps Holy Cow , this is a must have item so i give it 50 Stars
