I've been using these nozzles for for at least 15 years. I tried to find cheaper bags, tubes and nozzles, but they don't perform as well. This nozzle in particular never slips out unexpectedly and goes in far enough to help the coffee get all the way in. It's also easy to clean and flexible so very comfortable. I am convinced OHN enema equipment and especially coffee result in a better and healthier outcome.

Since my hemicolectomy surgery, this is the only size enema tip my doctor recommended. I am ever so grateful to OHN for providing this specialty product.

Excellent Nozzle for deep rectal insertion in an adult and delivers an adequate volume of enema solution at the right speed, together with an adjustable pinch shutoff clamp.
