I’ll never do an enema without this soap for as long as I live. This concept of cleansing the colon was new to me but I was TRULY CONVERTED after just one use! Going on at least 9 months and I am only on my second bar with frequent use. Doesn’t take much to get your enema water to suds up and what’s nice is you can concentrate as much as you like depending on how much soaking of the bar you do. So glad I found this website to help me refine my enema practice- things are SO much better since switching from just plain coffee.

I thought adding soap to an enema would be... odd, but so far I have really enjoyed doing the three part enema series and playing with the different strengths of the soap. The more I do the 3 part enema series, the more in tune I get with each step and am happy I am doing 3 parts instead of just the coffee enema alone.
