I have been doing daily coffee enemas for over a decade and have tried nearly every type of enema coffee I could find. I now use the Optimal Health Network coffee exclusively. It provides liver stimulation for me without excessive caffeine so I don't feel on edge. It's sufficiently powerful enough that I only need to use 2 tablespoons as opposed to three, saves me a bit of cash too! I buy it in bulk and store it in the freezer. I highly recommend it!
