When I started the 3-step process I began with my own castile and goat milk soap. After getting used to the program I upgraded to the enema soap, and my experience is way less dramatic. No cramping, smoother elimination, and better preparation for the following steps. I used a cheese grater to make soap flakes which I store in a glass jar, then I take a pinch which saves me time and no mess! I love the scent and will definitely try the frankincense next.
