The Celtic sea salt with the colon cleanse oil is gentle and you don’t feel dehydrated or tired afterward. The last enema is the coffee which is clean and nontoxic with the tangerine orange oil. I was uneasy to try but boy am I glad I did. I cannot tell you how much better I feel. I have less cravings esp with sugar. I don’t have issues with constipation but I feel lighter. It’s so worth the time to do this for yourself.

I ordered to specific enema coffee, which smells really good, the Celtic sea salt for the second enema, and the goat milk soap for the first enema. They are of the finest quality and the essential oils smell divine. They all have a very "clean" quality to them. I have a "colon cleanse" essential oil blend and the Tangerine oil. They elevate the whole experience.
