Which Should You Choose: Living Fuel Super Berry or Super Greens?

The difference is in the one you get greens (including broccoli, spinach, kale, spirulina, barley grass and more), while in the other you get organic strawberries, raspberries, cranberries and blueberries. The health benefit of greens is well known, while the health benefit of berries is also immense, and they are particularly high in antioxidants.

The best choice of course would be to alternate between the two so you can capture the specific benefits of greens and berries. If you are new to Living Fuel, though, Super Berry's taste, color and texture will likely be more appealing to you to start.
