Communication:

Our small staff returns all messages left on our voicemail or email within 2 business days.

No Returns:

Because of the sanitary nature of our products, and the high cost of transaction processing fees, we do not accept returns and all sales are final.

No Cancellations:

Because of the high cost of transaction processing fees, we do not accept order cancellations. Please be certain that you are ordering correctly before you submit your order.

Call or email us if you have any questions before you submit your order. We are happy to assist you with placing your order.

No Catalog:

We are not a mail order company and do not have a printed catalog. All our products and prices are listed on our website.

Orders are taken online and by phone only.

Replacements:

We inspect all our products before shipping.

Please inspect your order when it arrives, and contact us within 30 days if any items are missing or defective.

In the event that you discover a problem with the product upon use, please call or email us immediately to discuss replacement.

Depending on the nature of the problem you may be given instructions on how to return the product to us before replacement can be made. Do not return any product unless you receive instructions from us.

Latex rubber tends to degrade when used with substances other than plain water. Therefore we do not replace latex products that are worn as we have no way to verify whether or not such substances have been used. If you intend to use essential oils, oil soap, any oils or petroleum products in enema implants, we recommend that you purchase products made of vinyl or silicone as they will last much longer than latex. Please read the warning and notice about latex in the disclaimer section.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Sorry, we are no longer accepting money orders or checks. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH.

If your credit card is declined please check that you have entered the name and address exactly the same as on your credit card in the Billing Info section and that you have entered the correct card number and Security Code (CVV2) in the Payment section. Also check that you have not used any special characters, use only letters and numbers in your data. For example, use "No." instead of "#".

Please call or email us immediately to determine why your credit card is being declined and if the problem can be remedied if you believe your credit is available and you wish to receive your order.

All transactions are processed on a secure web server.

Shipping & Handling:

Handling time for your order is 1-3 business days for items in stock.

Custom orders can expect 2 weeks production time.

Occasionally we become out of stock on an item due to a vendor shortage. If any item on your order is out of stock we will notify you. To keep shipping costs reasonable we hold the entire order until we have all items in stock so that you will incur only one shipping charge.

We ship via USPS ClickNShip Priority and Express services.

All international orders are shipped with USPS International Express or Global Express Guaranteed, as they can be tracked through the entire shipping process.

With USPS we ship to 198 countries with Express Mail International. Global Express Guaranteed is also available in many of those countries. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, begin the process of placing an order online (you can always back out before clicking the Place Order button). In step two of the order process, you are asked for your address. If your country is not available in the country drop down, then we do not ship to your location.

Please be sure you have entered the correct shipping address. Shipping errors are costly as they incur triple charges (to the wrong address, returned to us, to the right address). If the error is yours, you will be charged for all the shipping charges.

Email:

Your email is requested so that we and our shipper may notify you of order approval, back-orders, shipping and tracking confirmations.

We do not sell email address lists to anyone.

You must provide your email address to receive shipping notifications and order confirmations or to check your order status online and receive free downloads.

Your Privacy:

We do not distribute or sell names, email addresses or any other information about our customers.

All orders are packaged discretely and have the Optimal Health Network return address.

Security:

Secure transactions are processed through a 228-bit SSL encrypted secure certificate via Comodo.

When you purchase any product from Optimal Health Network we must presume that it is for personal use under the direct supervision and prescribed by a medical doctor. We make no claim for cure or relief of any symptom or medical condition when using any of these products.

WARNING: Research has shown that an allergy to latex can develop after repeated exposure. The more one is exposed, the more likely you will develop sensitivity to latex. We do carry alternative vinyl, plastic and silicone materials for persons wanting to avoid latex.

NOTICE: DO NOT use essential oils, oil soap, any oils or petroleum products on rubber materials, as oils and implants will weaken latex bags.

EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER: WASH EVERY PART THOROUGHLY WITH MILD SOAPY WATER BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY USE. Let them hang dry. Keeping your equipment clean and dry will make it last longer.

The Center was founded and is owned by Certified Colon Therapist, Nutritional Consultant and author,Kristina Amelong .
