All of these Young Living essential oils can also be used in your enema water to promote a more deeply therapeutic colon cleanse. Before you use these oils in your enema water (or in a suppository), test the oil on your skin for any possible sensitivity you might have. Within the body, you will only need to use a small amount of the chosen oil(s). For instance, when using the oils with your enema solution, use one or two drops of Purification and one or two drops of Raven mixed in a tablespoon of sea salt, then mix the oil infused salt in the 2-4 quarts of enema water. Exactly what is the optimal ratio for you can be determined by using the Body Feedback method.
