Smooth Flow "Higginson" style syringes are an in-line pump added to the enema hose and enema clamp which increase your ability to move the enema solution deep into the colon, with less cramping, for a complete colon cleanse enema. The Smooth Flow "Higginson" syringe attaches to the enema bag or enema can and your choice of enema nozzle or colon tube. A Smooth Flow enema pump can be added to most of our enema kits. These two one-way enema valves are used as replacement valves in the enema tubing systems of our: Smooth Flow Syringe and Hose System, Kelley Enema System and the Silicone Smooth Flow Syringe. These valves are for people who want to use the pumps with implants, coffee enemas or want more flow with their enema system. These two valves will not jam and offer no resistance to fluid flow. (Product includes two (2) valves that must be installed in a Smooth Flow Bulb. Bulb not included.)

This black rubber bulb with two plastic valves will replace the bulb in your Smooth Flow Syringe. The
bulb length is 4 1/8”; the bulb diameter is 3 1/4”; and the overall length of the bulb is 5 1/4”.
This rubber bulb can be added to any 5/16" enema hose. In order to assure that this bulb will stay on enema hose, you will need two (2) snap grips for enema hose.

This system comes with a white multi position clamp that has a ratchet design with 12 flow positions, including off. It can is to be used with any bag and nozzle. This innovative design will deliver solution deep into the colon, as it gently pushes pass any blockages.

I just bought the Smooth Flow Syringe and Hose System and I'll tell
you: It's wonderful!
For some reason, the gravity flow system caused me to cramp before I took in
much water, but now I can take all the water with only mild cramping. When
I felt some discomfort, I just stopped squeezing the bulb.
I did lower my bags so the water wouldn't flow in when I didn't squeeze the
bulb.
I have to take a couple of enemas a week because my medication causes me big
problems in the elimination department. For me, this is the most comfortable
way to take an enema!
