Castile Soap acts as a stimulant without any toxic effects to the body. People who find that a plain water enema doesn't produce a full emptying of the bowels can add 1-2 Tablespoons of castile soap to 2-3 quarts of filtered water for their first enema in a series of three. (See How To Take An Enema)

Castile Soap Mild is also one of the best soaps to use to clean your enema equipment. Follow this up with a soak or a light spray of water and Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE).
