I have been actively using the Candida suppositories (almost every day) and I started inserting them vaginally as Kristina suggested. I've been also mixing the Candida essential oil with some coconut oil and putting it under the tongue twice a day. It's been so much better and my body is responding really well to all the essential oil treatment, no more itching or burning!
