FEATURED ENEMA KITS
Available in three bag size options and three nozzle options, these signature silicone coffee enema kits include everything you need to do the
3-step enema series!
The enema series — the most optimal way to cleanse the colon and promote healing — consists of three enemas, taken one after the other, each with a different solution.
The third enema in the series is a
coffee enema. A coffee enema solution increases the detoxification benefits of a colon cleanse program. Our carefully sourced,
air-roasted coffee is optimized especially for enemas.
FEATURED DETOX PROTOCOL
Our OHN 5-Day Fasting & Detox program is the recommended detoxification protocol in Kristina Amelong, CCT, CNC's
Ten Days to Optimal Health program.
This integrated
self-purification protocol combines the benefits of fasting, fibrous intestinal cleansers, nutritional supplements, and colon cleansing.
NOTE: We have designed this kit as an excellent replacement for the
Vit-Ra-Tox Kit which is currently out of stock due to manufacturer supply issues.

Signs, Symptoms, and
Natural Treatment Protocols
Hemorrhoids and anal fissures are common but treatable conditions affecting the anal area. Recognizing their unique signs and implementing targeted, natural treatment protocols — especially essential oil-based remedies — can accelerate healing and provide lasting relief.
FEATURED PRODUCTS
You save when buying this larger size!
Designed to help heal anal fissures, this essential oil blend is effective in restoring elasticity of anal tissue, helping to prevent infection, and reducing bleeding and inflammation.
This essential oil blend can be used in a coffee enema to help balance the strong purgative effects of the coffee with its regenerative healing properties.
This essential oil blend is beneficial to your colon health, helping to balance electrolytes, optimizing for healthy bacteria, and strengthening overall immunity.
Supporting healthy cardiovascular function and inflammatory response, this is a powerful blend of therapeutic turmeric and frankincense oils.
The oils in this blend — rosemary, myrtle, thyme, frankincense, myrrh, sage, and tsuga — provide support to the body to help overcome prostatitis.
FEATURED PRODUCTS
Our custom-designed Delrin enema nozzles are made of a hard, very smooth plastic and are the easiest type of nozzle to clean. The included connector has a secure, snug fit with the nozzle. The nozzle is easy to insert and stays inside the rectum easily.
These enema nozzles will last a lifetime if properly cared for!
Delrin nozzles are ideal for those with
anal fissures and
hemorrhoids due to the smoothness of the material and the additional anal dilation induced.

The Adrenal Stress Index (ASI) is a noninvasive way to evaluate the effects of stress on your body through saliva samples. It includes 10 tests for 6 different hormones and immune markers that may be affected by chronic stress and stress-related conditions.
Being one of our mail-in testing services, samples can be conveniently collected at home.
This service includes a complimentary 15-minute follow-up consultation with Kristina Amelong, CCT, CNC, in which she will help you interpret your results and make suggestions for your health.
FEATURED MAIL-IN TESTING
Test your body's heavy metal and mineral levels!
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) can give you critical facts about your body before you become chronically ill or face a serious disease by looking at the last three months of your tissue activity. This allows a view into your body's nutritional state, heavy metal load, and ratios between minerals. Mineral ratios are indicators of adrenal function, thyroid function, carbohydrate metabolism, and your body's overall ability to handle stress....
