Designed to help optimize thyroid gland function, this essential oil blend can be used as part of a treatment program for both hypothyroid (underactive) and hyperthyroid (overactive) conditions.

INGREDIENTS: Rocky Mountain Oils therapeutic-grade spearmint, sage, geranium, myrtle, nutmeg, and chamomile essential oils; fractionated coconut oil

Liquid coconut oil is used as a carrier oil because it facilitates the absorption of other oils and provides antiseptic and disinfectant properties.

HOW TO USE: Apply 2 drops to the throat area twice a day and take 5-10 drops in a nightly suppository to optimize thyroid function. Can also be applied over the adrenal glands (low/mid-back), ovaries, pituitary (forehead area), and thymus (breastbone area) to help improve overall hormone function.

I have just started the nightly suppositories. Am also using the therapeutic series as the coffee enema is highly recommended for thyroid. So far it is working well.
