I can tell you that if I could not do the coffee enema, I don't know how I could function well. I've had prostate cancer and then a tumor in the bladder. I have been cancer-free now for over 18 years. So, the coffee enema keeps my liver functioning well.

This is the first time I have used whole bean coffee. I ground it up in my grinder to a nice powder and store it in a jar in the refrigerator. This way it stays fresh. When I used it I found it was mild to my system & caused no cramping. I was able to hold it for 12 minutes easily. I feel so clean and refreshed inside afterwards. Besides exercising I have gone from 198 lbs to 182 lbs and am very happy where I am at. Everyone who does the series of three enemas should do the coffee enema.
