Peppermint helps with infections, inflammation, cancer, skin conditions, digestion, cleanses the liver, obesity, fatigue, prostate problems, bladder issues and pain. Peppermint is cooling and promotes mental alertness. For some, peppermint can make it difficult to fall asleep when used too close to bedtime. Peppermint should be avoided or used with caution with high blood pressure. If peppermint increases tenderness at body feedback areas being tested it could possibly indicate a Helicobacter Pylori (H-Pylori) infection or ulcers. INGREDIENTS: Young Living Therapeutic Grade Peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita)
HOW TO USE: For dietary, internal or topical use. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as water or rice milk. An excellent oil used in suppositories in the colon.
For aromatic use: Diffuse in bedrooms, living areas and office. Apply to bottom of feet, wrists and outside of ears. Blend with massage oil for a calming massage.
CAUTIONS: Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Dilution recommended for both topical and internal use. Do not apply neat to a fresh wound or burn. Dilute before using on sensitive areas such as the face, neck, genital area, etc. Avoid using on infants and very small children. Keep out of reach of children.
