17:58:18 kristina: Hello all! How is everyone?
17:58:42 Clayface: doing well, kristina. Thank you :)
17:58:46 Clayface: and yourself?
17:58:51 Lisa: Hi Kris! I'm still recovering from my trip, but am very happy these days!
17:59:00 Clayface: :D
17:59:03 webmaster: Hi Billly!
17:59:05 Clayface: hi, Billy
17:59:18 Dave: Kris, hope you got my phone message and hope the conference was rewarding.
17:59:26 kristina: I am doing well. We are moved into our new office. My colon therapy room has been remodeled. We will have a sauna here soon.
17:59:31 Lisa: What is the agenda if any?
17:59:31 Billy_The_Kid: Hi right back at ya
17:59:37 webmaster: agenda: free for all?
17:59:40 Clayface: ooo, sounds so therapeutic
18:00:00 Sawdis: Doing fine here
18:00:07 Clayface: i long to have more therapeutic experiences.
18:00:09 kristina: I am also looking into a tanning bed with a higher concentration of UVB over UVA. If anyone knows of a quality source of tanning beds, let me know.
18:00:11 Lisa: Looks like we have a great group today!
18:00:11 Dave: Have you expanded to the rest of the floor?
18:01:02 kristina: The reason for the tanning bed is so that all of us folks in the north can make sure to be producing enough Vitamin D throughout the winter. If you want to be well, you need to be producing lots of Vitamin D.
18:01:05 Lisa: I thought tanning beds are bad for you!
18:01:52 Lisa: Isn't there another way to gey vit D??
18:02:02 Clayface: how about Vit D from milk?
18:02:15 Clayface: or is that not sufficient?
18:02:18 kristina: Topics for tonight: what do you all want to be talking about, hemorrhoids, my Weston A Price conference, our newest soaps, downloadable movies?
18:02:37 Clayface: ouch, hemorrhoids
18:02:50 Lisa: Is is worth the risk of skin cancer to get vit. D?
18:02:50 kristina: We are now in 7 large rooms where before we were in 4 small rooms.
18:03:16 Clayface: congratulations, kristina.
18:03:22 Clayface: sounds very nice
18:03:40 m.b.teissler: m.b. kristina, do have george winston's "december"
18:03:50 kristina: As it turns out, therapeutic tanning beds can make all the difference in the world to assisting people who don't get enough sun, which needs to be about 20-30 minutes each and every day, to be able to produce enough vitamin D.
18:04:13 Clayface: interesting
18:04:25 Clayface: kristina, how much sun do you get a day, Miss?
18:05:16 kristina: No, the vitamin D in pasteurized milk is a synethic form of D that is not as healthy for the body as what the body can make itself. An excellent form of Vit D is from Cod Liver Oil .
18:05:31 Clayface: ah, ok
18:05:43 Clayface: i don't eat a lot of fish. What about from tuna?
18:06:18 kristina: The whole skin cancer issue is hype, just like the issue of raw milk being dangerous. Go to www.mercola.com to learn more. Daily sun exposure is one of our most important therapeutic tools.
18:06:24 kristina: Thank you.
18:06:44 kristina: Yes, I am a George Winston fan, but I don't know if I have December. Why?
18:06:56 Lisa: Thanks Kris. I'll take a look at the link.
18:07:02 webmaster: I have a question about fleet enemas
18:07:35 webmaster: I was recently on vacation and didn't bring my bag....I went to Walgreens and all they had were fleet enemas
18:07:49 webmaster: I did three of them and they produced no results.
18:08:10 Clayface: hmm, i have heard that fleets are not good for you because of the chemicals. Am I wrong?
18:08:15 webmaster: does anyone have results with those little bottles of saline?
18:08:32 Clayface: web, those bottles are not nearly enough liquid for me personally.
18:08:32 Dave: WM, did you hold them in long enough?
18:08:43 Lisa: On the old board, I was talking about the same thing about Fleets. They don't work well and I don't like them at all.
18:08:46 webmaster: they also have a warning on them not to take more than 2 in a 24 hour period.....but they had no volume
18:08:53 kristina: When I can in the summer, I get 20-120 minutes of sun per day. In the winter, this goes down dramatically, obviously. I try to be outside as often as I am able. Of course, you NEVER want to get sunburned. You need to build up gradually overtime and go by your own skin type. A fair skinned person may need to utilize the sun between 9:30-11 and then 3-5 but only be out for 5-20 minutes, at the most.
18:08:54 Clayface: ooo
18:09:20 Billy_The_Kid: I have had results from them, but not much to talk about. When they do work, they work.
18:09:28 Billy_The_Kid: very fast
18:09:37 Clayface: hmm
18:09:45 webmaster: I held as long as I could, and after getting no big BMs, I realized that there is nothing like a good old-fashioned enema bag!
18:09:48 m.b.teissler: kristina, i will send you a copy of "December" - you would remember it.
18:10:12 Clayface: folks, is Ivory bar soap recommended with enemas?
18:10:52 Billy_The_Kid: No
18:11:06 kristina: If one is in the situation where they can only access a fleet enema, it is best to empty out the solution and fill the fleet container with a store bought water. Ideally, you will have a quality soap with you to mix with the water. Then you will need to fill the bottle over and over again (2-10 times)
18:11:19 Lisa: I brought a bulb on my trip and used bottled water. That was refreshing. Also I brought with me some castile soap.
18:11:33 webmaster: Good idea!
18:11:41 Clayface: well, even the Ivory site said that there had been tests between castile soap and Ivory, and Ivory was actually more mild than castile soap.
18:12:07 Dave: Most here who were enema-educated as kids got th ivory kind, maybe tradition more than anything.
18:12:15 kristina: In this way, you will be able to clear out the colon. It is my experience that those Fleet solutions don't work at least 50% of the time, which is another reason that enemas get the rap of "not working" to clear out the colon. As we know, enemas do work to fully clear out the entire colon, if one knows what they are doing.
18:13:19 Clayface: well, kristina, I must not know what I am doing. I do not like the discomfort I experience most of the time, and I end up feeling worse :(.
18:13:21 kristina: I would love that. Thank you so much. I saw George Winston in concert a few years back. I was deeply touched. He is a genius.
18:13:36 Billy_The_Kid: Mineral oil fleets are not too bad in a pinch to get rid of hard fecal matter
18:13:37 kristina: No, I don't recommend Ivory as it contains petroleum products.
18:13:49 Clayface: really??
18:13:55 Clayface: :o
18:14:00 Clayface: i had no idea
18:14:27 Clayface: no wonder my first bulb had a hole in it...
18:14:28 webmaster: I didn't think using castile was an issue of "mildness" - Kristina, can you tell us why you recommend it?
18:14:33 Dave: Lisa, did you do enemas as needed on the trip or just to stay ahead?
18:14:35 kristina: Clayface. I am sorry. I lost your thread. You don't know what you are doing regarding what?
18:15:15 Lisa: I did use a mineral oil fleet, followed by a regular fleet, and it did nothing for me. It made me feel icky!
18:15:31 Clayface: i don't know what I am doing most of the time when I am taking an enema. I try to massage my abdomen, but I realize I need to lose more weight before I can actually do a decent job at that.
18:16:05 Clayface: I have even vowed a few times, "I'm never again take enemas."
18:16:14 Clayface: i felt crumby
18:16:38 webmaster: if you have a big belly, it could be filled up with old fecal matter, so enemas are a good choice.
18:16:48 Lisa: But I didn't do fleets on my trip. I tried fleets before to see if they worked, and for me they didn't. I use a bulb only once on my trip. I felt great the whole time, so I didn't need more than that.
18:17:05 Billy_The_Kid: Be patient. Enemas are an "art form"
18:17:14 Clayface: WM, I am a bit skeptical, because I thought I had been dependent on enemas for a while.
18:17:29 Clayface: it scared me
18:17:56 LoneEagle: Hello all
18:18:00 Clayface: hi, Eagle
18:18:39 Clayface: Billy, how are enemas an art form?
18:18:50 Clayface: i am curious
18:18:56 kristina: When I am recommending a product to go into the colon, I make sure that the ingredients that are in that product are all non-toxic. I am not 100% certain what is in Ivory soap, as they don't say on their website, and I haven't looked at a bar of Ivory in a long time. I want my recommendations to not only stimulate the bowels to release stool, but also to offer healing of the colon.
18:19:13 Dave: Lisa, one good bulb sounds good. No Italian or German enema bag found, lol?
18:19:25 Clayface: thank you, kristina, I want that, too.
18:19:32 Clayface: lol, Dave
18:19:35 Clayface: ;)
18:19:51 LoneEagle: Any ideas on how to treat severe constipation caused by large doses of narcotic pain killers?
18:19:55 Billy_The_Kid: There is a matter of technique to them and it takes a little while to get accustomed to them.
18:19:58 Clayface: I have wanted to buy a 3 or 4 quart bag, but have not had the money lately
18:20:04 Lisa: The drug stores in Italy are tiny, and I didn't find enemas of any kind!
18:20:38 Billy_The_Kid: your body changes every day whether you believe it or not. So, not every time is your enema going to get the same reaction from your body.
18:21:25 Clayface: well, I don't want a bad reaction.
18:21:36 kristina: For instance, with our made-for-enema goat milk soaps, you are using therapeutic agents like the milk, olive oil, and coconut oil. These stimulate to bring about a thorough cleanse, as well as heal.
18:22:01 Clayface: but won't those oils still ruin rubber bags or bulbs?
18:22:13 m.b.teissler: my sister,who has M.S., has been told vit.D 800 mil. per day may keep M.S.away.
18:22:17 Lisa: I look forward to trying the enema soap. I'll order some very soon.
18:22:28 kristina: For instance, read this testimonial: "Just that one session with the soap made a world of difference for my prostate! I had bladder pressure, increased urges to urinate, slowed urine flow, and Jeanne had discovered a node as she inserted super salve into my rectum. It was hard and callous-like to the touch through her rubber glove. After just one session this past weekend, Tuesday I woke up with no pressure, normal urine flow, the rest of the day forward with no increased urges to urinate. Obviously, the swelling of my prostate had reversed. That alone would have been worth the purchase; however, Jeanne was curious to examine the node after I described my improvements. She went inside to find absolutely NOTHING! The node had totally disappeared. She feels all around with her bare finger, and she said all the tissue was healthy and normal. It was gone! Hallelujah!!! We'll continue to use it as a regular part of our cleansing regimen, and monitor things as we go. Do you think the frankincense and myrrh would help Jeanne's pre-cycle headaches and menopausal symptoms? What should we look for from the soap?
18:23:20 kristina: Mineral oil is also a petroleum product that doesn't belong in the colon. Olive oil works just as well, without the toxicity.
18:24:03 Clayface: when i took an olive oil enema once, it was messy. Plus, I had a "leak" for a couple of days.
18:25:07 kristina: A daily enema series is the place to start dealing with severe constipation caused by large doses of narcotic pain killers.
18:25:23 Clayface: it is tough for me to bring this out into the open. I am very private and pretty uptight about my dignity. I still wish I had someone to confide in for these things.
18:25:25 Sawdis: my last one was messy too, but the 3 before that weren't. I don't know why, maybe because i used 3/4 cup instead of 1/2. If messy, use less oil I guess.
18:25:37 kristina: I would take 3 enemas in a row. The first being a soap enema. The second a peppermint enema. The third a coffee enema.
18:26:00 LoneEagle: Any input on products like the colonet jr? do they work as good as a therapy session or would a good 4-qt bag with the right attachments work just as well?
18:26:07 webmaster: clayface....do you belong to the message boards? Kristina comments on the oils in the soaps there. And it is a great place to confide and learn about enemas
18:26:09 Clayface: mmm, sounds nice. I lack the time or privacy for such luxuries, Miss.
18:27:16 kristina: I don't have any experience with the colonet jr.
18:27:26 LoneEagle: On thanks
18:27:32 Clayface: brb, folks.
18:27:41 LoneEagle: Should I take those 3 enemas every day?
18:27:44 kristina: What I can say is that as a colon hydrotherapist, I have found that there are many ways to clear out a colon.
18:28:17 kristina: As long as you knowwhat you are doing and have access to enough water, you can clear out the entire length of the colon.
18:28:35 kristina: You do want to empty the colon daily.
18:29:11 kristina: If you aren't doing this, yes, you can take a daily enema.
18:30:09 kristina: With that said, some people don't do well with daily enemas. To determine if you do, try it and see how you feel. You might also want to have a hair tissue mineral analysis to make sure that your electrolytes aren't imbalanced.
18:30:10 LoneEagle: Without taking anything to make me move. I only move every 3 days
18:30:45 kristina: Have you tried taking enemas yet?
18:30:54 kristina: If so, what is your experience so far?
18:30:58 LoneEagle: No I have not
18:31:18 kristina: Has anyone seen the downloadable movies yet? What did you think?
18:32:30 kristina: LoneEagle, if you want to learn about giving yourself enemas, you can view Cleansing, Coffee Enemas and Colon Tubes, and/or our two downloadable movies, Large Volume and Small Volume Enemas. Also, we do offer a booklet with any enema purchase.
18:33:00 Lisa: I think the download movies are great! Someone emailed me today, and he wanted some very basic info. So I told him about the two download movies.
18:33:33 LoneEagle: Ok thanks do you think I should start small or large and if I start small should I try to move to large volume
18:33:47 kristina: http://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com/Downloadable-Colon-Cleansing-Videos-p/0HVideoDownloads.htm
18:34:56 kristina: You do want to clear out the whole colon. What I have most people do is both. You start, with your first enema in a series, with a small volume enema. You sit on the toilet. You empty your colon. You then take a larger volume enema because you have now cleared out the lower colon so you can now deliver water deeper into your colon.
18:35:28 Dave: I didn't get return e-mail confirming orders for download videos. Did I miss a step?
18:35:55 kristina: In this second enema you take 1-3 quarts of water into the colon. You do this slowly by adding 1/2 to 1 cup of water into your colon on each fill.
18:36:02 webmaster: when you order a downloadable video, it automatically takes you to your invoice
18:36:11 webmaster: and that is where you can click to download it
18:36:17 webmaster: unless you paid with PayPal
18:36:42 webmaster: if you don't get an automatic email, then you email program might be sending it to spam or it is incorrect
18:37:07 kristina: Once the colon is full or you have taken the entire contents of your bag, you sit on the toilet and release. Given that you are taking drugs, I would highly recommend that on the third enema you take a coffee enema.
18:37:23 LoneEagle: Ok ...If this works would you suggest doing the enema series everyday or waiting a day to see if my body moves by itself
18:37:47 kristina: This is done by filling your bag with 1 quart of water and 1 T to 1 cup of a organic, brewed coffee. You take this solution into your body and then hold it for 10-12 minutes.
18:37:52 Clayface: gosh, I have not ever heard that you had to have a totally cleaned out colon every day.
18:38:13 Dave: No with another charge card, twice. No spam guard on OHC.
18:38:52 webmaster: Dave, just write our customer service department and they will straigten it out
18:39:01 webmaster: e-mail: customerservice (at) optimalhealthnetwork (dot) com
18:39:27 Dave: Thanks, will do
18:39:30 Clayface: is there any food that I can try so my colon can be lubricated enough for a good BM?
18:39:31 webmaster: and check your junk mail first
18:40:01 Clayface: I ask because it seems every first BM I have in a day has to be strained to be released.
18:40:03 webmaster: Welcome Jerome
18:40:08 Clayface: hi, Jerome
18:40:23 Jerome: Hi All
18:40:24 webmaster: Clayface.....do you drink water?
18:40:29 Clayface: of course
18:40:48 webmaster: well there are actually some that don't and it causes hard bowel movements
18:40:57 kristina: I don't think you will move on your own after just one enema. Most people need to do enemas regularly for 1-6 weeks before they are going to increase function after being constipated. It also depends on how long you have been constipated. If your colon has developed pockets, you may not restore your body's ability to have a daily bowel movement. But, if your muscles have gotten weak, you may be able to empty your colon daily on your own after an enema program.
18:41:57 Clayface: kristina, I am scared of doing that. I don't want another scare of feeling like I will do my body harm. My family practitioner ever has told me to not do them unless they are a last resort. I don't know who to trust....
18:42:09 kristina: Kevin Trudeau says to take 15 colon cleansing sessions in 30 days.
18:42:19 LoneEagle: Also would any of the implant mixtures be good for this condition?
18:43:16 webmaster: clayface, you said you were dependent on them....how often have you been taking them?
18:43:27 kristina: Clayface, you need to work with a health practitioner in order to move through your issues and to address your individual needs.
18:43:58 Clayface: WM, when i first started taking them about 3 years ago, they may have been a few times a week.
18:44:33 webmaster: do they always produce results?
18:44:38 Clayface: now it seems I NEED one about once or twice a week due to gas build-up and bloating. But, I have yet to see the change in my body since this past weekend....
18:44:51 Clayface: yes, but not always refreshing results.
18:45:15 Clayface: kristina, I just don't know if he will understand. I shall try anyway.
18:45:16 webmaster: oh, I think it would be great if you could find someone like Kristina to work with
18:45:25 Clayface: i think it would be lovely, too.
