kristina Hello everybody. It is really great to be back online with you all. Please do go ahead and start asking questions.
kristina Today, we officially have the new movie in house.
kristina I am very proud of it.
duckie what's the title of the new movie?
George_Sand123 Can you tell us a little about it, please?
kristina Cleansing, Coffee Enemas, and Colon Tubes
kristina In the movie, I talk a lot about what does it mean to cleanse in today's world.
Lisa I should get my copy in the mail next week! YAY!!
kristina Most people, when they think of cleansing, think of vegetable juice or water. We have come to learn that these sorts of fasts are dangerous for most.
kristina I talk a lot about what foods are important during a fast and how to use enemas to maximize the cleanse.
kristina I demonstrate a therapeutic enema using a Flowmaster.
kristina The woman who is receiving the enema has never taken one before.
George_Sand123 What is a Flowmaster?
duckie i'm afraid the only way i could find the time and privacy for a cleanse would be if i disappeared for a month
kristina She is nervous that she won't be able to easily take in more than 1 quart.
kristina During her first enema, she takes in 2 or so quarts.
kristina On her second enema in the series, she takes in a full 3 quarts, plus.
kristina Then I give her a coffee enema for her third enema in the series, which she is able to easily hold.
kristina The Flowmaster is an innovative enema bag that holds 4 quarts and uses a pump fluid delivery system to bypass that part of the colon that is stimulated easily by water.
George_Sand123 I see. Thank you, Kristina.
Lisa Was the man in your first movie a beginner to enemas?
kristina By bypassing the rectum, sigmoid areas of the colon, one can more easily take in 2-4 quarts of water, which allows them to take what I call "therapeutic enemas."
kristina These enemas are as effective as colon hydrotherapy sessions.
duckie how far does one have to get inside before one is past the sigmoid colon?
George_Sand123 So is the Flowmaster a little like a short colon tube?
kristina One of the men in the first movies was new to enemas, the other had taken many enemas.
kristina The length of the colon is different for each person, but roughly you need to take in at least 1 quart of water to start moving beyond the sigmoid colon.
kristina The Flowmaster functions like a colon tube, without the invasive nature of a colon tube.
George_Sand123 I see.
kristina Always with colon cleansing, the goal is to move the water into the entire colon.
kristina There are a number of ways in which you can get the water deep into the colon.
kristina A colon tube was an excellent idea, but since I have had the good fortune of working with thousands of clients and looking directly into the colon, I have been able to create these Flowmasters that work as well as colon tubes.
George_Sand123 Fascinating!
kristina Yes, indeed.
kristina In addition, in the movie, I talk about how much coffee to use for the enema, how to brew the coffee, why one would want to use coffee, and what type of coffee.
duckie i'm sorry ... someone is at the door ...
Lisa I'm so glad, because I think colon tubes are scary! I would want a pro like Kris to do it!
kristina Lisa, have you had a chance to look into healthy skin and enemas?
kristina Many find colon tubes to be scary. For many people they work excellently and I highly recommend them, but for others, they are hard-to-use tools.
George_Sand123 Kristina, only when convenient, I would like to ask you a question on a slightly different, but related topic.
kristina One of my other steps to make colon tubes easier to use is that I now offer a silicone colon tube.
kristina Go ahead with the question. Janet will be back in a couple of minutes.
kristina And, in the movie, Cleansing, Coffee Enemas and Colon Tubes, I demonstrate on my client how to safely and effectively use a colon tube.
George_Sand123 Thanks, Kristina. Can you tell me whether taking occasional enemas will help prevent diverticulosis advancing into diverticulitis attacks?
Lisa Why is silicone easier to use?
kristina The deal with latex colon tubes is that they are toxic to the body. In time, I will cease selling them on my site.
kristina I am asked this question over and over again. The answer is yes and no. Detail:
kristina If the cause of the diverticulosis is related to constipation, then yes.
kristina However, all bodily imbalances, whether bowel related or not, are a function of how well our digestion is working.
kristina Enemas alone to address bowel function are for some and not for others.
kristina One needs to give the colon the nutrients it needs in order to maintain its integrity, even when under the stress of such things as constipation or IBS or colon cancer or....
George_Sand123 I see. I've been lucky in only very rarely having diverticulitis attacks, as I do take enemas occasionally, but my wife does not, and has to be very careful to avoid attacks, having had several ones.
kristina The most important nutrients of the colon are healthy bacteria found in fermented and cultured foods, raw, grass fed dairy products, including lots of raw butter (which contains high amounts of butyrate, the main fatty acid for the colonic mucosa) along with fiber.
kristina I detail all of this in the new movie.
kristina Your wife can overcome the attacks. she may just need to add some therapeutic foods to her diet, and take a few offending foods out.
George_Sand123 Your new movie sounds to be very good. I'm glad I bought your first one a few months ago!
George_Sand123 Yes, thank you, Kristina, for answering my question.
kristina And, she might try a daily therapeutic enema series for a couple of weeks to see how she feels and what her energy levels are.
Lisa I agree purified water is best. On the board, someone said tap water is safe. I'm afraid people may believe this!
kristina Yes, I am most proud of it.
kristina Lisa, first of all, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for monitoring the message boards. You are a dear, dear woman.
kristina I, of course, have gotten myself too full of to-dos to keep a close eye on the board.
kristina City water is absolutely not okay.
kristina Again, city water is harmful to use as enema water.
kristina The reason is that all city water is full of chlorine.
Lisa We all understand how busy you get. It's a pleasure to be of some help.
kristina Chlorine kills the healthy bacteria in the colon that are so crucial to good health.
George_Sand123 Would you agree well water, known to meet health standards, would be OK, particularly if one has a water softener?
kristina However, if you live in an area where you have well water or another high quality water that is full of minerals, and you have had the water tested, then you can use your tap water.
George_Sand123 Good!!
Dave Dave here. Tap water enemas were the standard in the 1950s and earlier. Was this before chlorination?
kristina Soft water is not nearly as healthy for the body as is hard water.
webmaster my well water was tested and contains nitrates from the years of farming
kristina Most definitely have your water tested.
kristina Tap water enemas are common today.
kristina What you need to know about me and the information that I put out is that I am in this because I was very sick.
kristina My standard is that of optimal health.
kristina Chlorine is put in the water to kill bacteria. No matter what anyone says, the chlorine in city water will kill the bacteria in your colon.
George_Sand123 Another question, if I may, please?
kristina Many health nuts say don't take your shower in city water, don't swim in a chlorinated pool. You most definitely don't want to put chlorine in your colon.
kristina Oh, yes!
Lisa I keep telling people how great the showerhead is that purifies. I ordered one as a wedding gift. Good for other things besides enemas!
Dave Of course in those days Ivory soap was sure to be used by most moms, and I guess that's not recommended now.
kristina What a good idea Lisa. This is one reason we are having a 10% off sale, so that folks may find inexpensive and useful Christmas gifts on the site.
kristina Just this weekend, I had a friend tell me she wanted an enema bag for her birthday.
George_Sand123 Thank you! I wonder whether the best procedure when taking an enema is to remove the nozzle from one's anus before getting up to walk to the bathroom, or whether it is "safer" to keep the nozzle in until one is on the toilet. A "safety" question!
kristina Of course, she knows what I do for a living.
kristina In other words, I must say it is very satisying to let others know that we find these tools to be extremely useful. Especially in this time of the flu season and in this time when many of us find ourselves overeating sweets, etc.
kristina Hi Ed!
kristina Sorry, no Ivory Soap. However the Castile soaps on our site are not toxic at all to the body.
kristina I think when you take the nozzle out is a personal preference. Can others talk about what they do?
George_Sand123 So Ivory soap is NOT recommended?
kristina However, with any of the enema retention nozzles, it is oh so handy to keep the nozzle in until you are sitting on the toilet.
kristina No Ivory soap.
George_Sand123 Agree completely! I have a lovely double bardex!
Lisa I better get BillsE to read this. He LOVES Ivory soap in enemas!
kristina The double retention nozzles are extremely useful. And, if you want to try a less expensive nozzle, the silicone retention nozzles is easy-to-use and snug.
George_Sand123 I'll look at those. Thanks!
kristina We aren't allowed to say Bardex as it is a strictly controlled brand name and we don't sell that brand even though the product is almost identical.
George_Sand123 Yes, I should have known better than to use that former name. I'm sorry!
kristina No problem. I just needed to say a word less we get a letter in the mail from a lawyer.
Dave Yes, I use only the Dr. Bronner's baby castile. Bill's mom was probably like mine - kept a bar of Ivory in the enema can.
kristina Could folks talk about their history of enema use?
Ed I have a question concerning colonics. I go to Re-new life in Tampa. My therapist is on the BOD of I-ACT. The question is, I seem to have a lot of gas that interferes with evacuation. Any suggestions for alleviating this?
kristina I started using colon cleansing 8 years ago when I first started to be chronically ill. I took a colonic once a week for a year and then I took one everyday for 6 months.
kristina Now, I only use them on occasion and I always use coffee on the third in the series.
kristina And, I also use aged, raw milk as I detail in my second edition of my book, Ten Days to Optimal Health, which I hope to have on the site in the new year.
George_Sand123 I've taken enemas occasionally for quite a few years. Unfortunately my dearly beloved, much better half, doesn't think I should take them, so I have to be careful only to take one when she won't be in the house.
kristina If you have a lot of gas, you are eating a food that is causing that. I recommend that you work with myself or another nutritionist in order to determine which food(s) is causing the problem.
Ed Thank you
kristina In addition, there are many nifty tricks that one can use while cleansing their colon to bring the gas out of the colon to allow a deep cleanse.
kristina You wouldn't believe how many people I know that are close to someone who is adamantly against their taking enemas.
kristina If you wish, we could work together to educate your wife.
George_Sand123 That would be very helpful, Kristina.
kristina I think that if more of us are relaxed, out in the open, warm and well educated about the health benefits of colon cleansing, then we can shift the negative attitude that has gotten attached to taking enemas.
kristina All doctors used enemas as one of their primary tools in hospitals before the drugs companies took over setting policy for medical standards.
kristina It is a crime.
George_Sand123 Perhaps you could write a paper, specifically addressed to people who do not think enemas are good for one?
ed224 What about distilled water for ememas, and what is the best water to use. I'm new to all of this.
Dave Think the negative view may be in part a bad reputation and just a feeling that it involves a "dirty" part of the body. just a hunch.
Ed I always prep with 2 enemas (purged of air) prior to my session. This at least allows the colonic to reach the ascending colon for a deep cleanse from the beginning.
Lisa I think George has a good idea. This is the most common topic on the message board.
kristina You can e-mail or call and set up a consultation. You can also show her both of my movies, especially the new one, Cleansing, Coffee Enemas, and Colon Tubes. These movies detail the health benefits of enemas. And, in my book, Ten Days, I give a number of case histories of people who went to medical doctors for help with their health problems to receive no help who are greatly helped by colon cleansing.
George_Sand123 Thank you, Lisa!
George_Sand123 Thanks, Kristina!
webmaster Well, we could start a media campaign of sorts....have Kristina write an article that we each submit to our local and statewide papers....
kristina Again, read my second edition of Ten Days. I talk in detail about the health benefits of colon cleansing, its history, its use by many famous people, by cutting edge medical doctors, etc. And, thanks you gives for giving me these directions to assist people where they most need it.
webmaster then for those that are open to it....the paper could interview each person about why cleansing has changed their lives.
kristina Janet, you are a smart one. Do email me if you wish to send a letter out. Just last week, a Chinese periodical wrote an article about the work we are doing here.
kristina You are welcome.
webmaster grassroots efforts
kristina I think every person wants to make the world a better place in their own way.
kristina This is an excellent way to talk to people about affordable, effective and lifesaving health care.
webmaster I have a question.....can children (say age 9) do a colonic session?......and if so...can they do a therapeutic enema?
kristina Unfortunately, due to the structure of our society right now, we are going to see more and more people with chronic, degenerative diseases. Teaching people about enemas and nutrition is truly a way to make the world a better place. Most people absolutely do not want to be taking pharmaceutical drugs of any type. They address the symptoms and not the cause of disease.
George_Sand123 Kristina, I'm very pleased to have been able to join in to this very good chat. My only regret is that you're too far away to be able to visit easily.
kristina Children can take enemas and colonics, only if they are willing and have a very healthy and trusting relationship with the person who will assist them with the enema.
kristina And, it is important to assist the child to be in charge of giving themselves the treatment as much as possible.
kristina Enemas can be lifesavers for kids.
webmaster thanks.....I wondered about their little colons and if colonics are safe at any age.
Ed I have a question concerning an olive oil enema as outlined in your articles column. It is suggested taking 1 to 3 qts. with a retention nozzle. Is there any danger of dislodging the colon, in an adverse sense, with this much weight?
kristina Well-placed enemas can allow a child to be much healthier than they would be otherwise.
kristina And, it is a good idea if there is more than one person who knows that the child takes enemas so that there is no shame involved, that it just is a healthy way that we take care of our bodies, like brushing our teeth.
Lisa George, Kristina can help you and your wife over the phone!
kristina When taking any sort of enema, you don't want to be moving around much. I haven't heard about or even thought about dislodging the colon. Off hand, I don't think it is possible.
George_Sand123 Good thought, Lisa!
George_Sand123 Thanks again, Kristina for a most interesting and helpful chat!
Ed Thank you Kristina, I really appreciate this forum.
kristina Good night and you are welcome!
webmaster Good night all...thanks for joining us!
