| 18:02:33 | Mike_K | Hi Dave |
| 18:03:16 | Dave |
Well, I'll start off by hoping we have some newbies w/ good ideas/questions join in. |
| 18:04:19 | Lisa | Hello Everyone! |
| 18:04:26 | pastor | hi Kristina |
| 18:04:46 | kristina | Hello Everyone! |
| 18:05:15 | sawdis | hi :) |
| 18:05:24 | Dave |
just a thought, but maybe a topic how we and family survived winter ills |
| 18:05:26 | kristina |
How is everyone today? |
| 18:05:48 | sawdis | doing well |
| 18:05:49 | Lisa | I'm excited about seeing you Kris! |
| 18:05:51 | Jean | Is this a new format? |
| 18:05:56 | kristina | I love that idea of a topic, Dave. Go ahead and start us off. How did you and your family survive this winter's ills. |
| 18:06:10 | kristina |
Yes, I am very excited about you coming to Madison, Lisa. |
| 18:06:46 | kristina | Jean, what do you mean? So far, this is how things go here. We say hello and free flow with questions, stories, and exchanges. How would you like to see things go? |
| 18:06:50 | kristina | Hi Mike. |
| 18:07:02 | Mike_K | Hi Kris |
| 18:07:21 | Tim | Hi all |
| 18:07:27 | kristina | Hi Tim! |
| 18:07:45 | Dave | Well like most winters, with a little more supplements, colon therapy and enemas. How 'bout others? |
| 18:08:13 | Jean | Sorry, I just didn't remember all these buttons on the screen. |
| 18:08:28 | kristina | As you will all see in the upcoming newsletter, we will have a new movie out about colon cleansing using colon hydrotherapy. |
| 18:08:41 | Mike_K | Yes KJ e-mailed me about that |
| 18:08:56 | Tim | Kristina, I bought a small bottle of Castile soap, but it doesn't say Aloe vera: just 18-1 hemp baby mild: is this ok to use? |
| 18:09:03 | Lisa | I'm having problems with allergies. Austin is number 1 in the country for getting the most allergies! I'm looking forward to being in the colder weather for awhile! |
| 18:09:11 | kristina | Those are for choosing different colors, enlarging your viewing screen, putting in faces and more. For the most part, I don't use them but the rest of you are welcome to. |
| 18:09:13 | Jean | I think videos are extremely helpful. |
| 18:09:34 | kristina | Yes, Tim. That is a type of soap we offer here for colon cleansing. |
| 18:10:30 | Tim | thanks Kristina, i asked because i did order some from you, but wasn't quite the same, it was the .03 oz pks.. |
| 18:10:35 | Lisa |
Kris, did your movie come out on the 13th? I didn't look into it yet. |
| 18:10:42 | kristina | Great. KJ works very hard and yet there is much work to be done with a web site, as you know, Mike. The upgrade didn't go through because there were too many mistakes. We will try again when the company we are working with corrects all the errors on a mock up. |
| 18:11:00 | kristina | The movie is made and ready, but it isn't on the site. |
| 18:11:07 | Dave | Lisa, I think that will help, along with cleaning out the bugs you take there. |
| 18:11:24 | kristina | I am excited about the movie because it details colon cleansing using colon hydrotherapy. |
| 18:11:54 | Lisa | I'm looking forward to seeing it, and reading your new book!! |
| 18:11:54 | Jean | When can we buy the movie? |
| 18:12:23 | kristina | The movie will be available before the end of the month, but most likely within the next few days. |
| 18:13:00 | Jean | I just finished reading your new book for the first time. |
| 18:13:08 | kristina | Yes, movies are very useful to people who are just learning or are nervous about their current skill level. |
| 18:13:22 | Lisa |
Dave, let's announce what we are doing next week! |
| 18:13:29 | Mike_K | FYI Kris I found some pictures of you giving a colonic on another forum |
| 18:13:55 | kristina | Great, Jean. Tell me what you learned, what you are doing, any questions you have, and any other feedback on the book. |
| 18:14:41 | kristina | Yes, Mike, I have worked with many different people over the years. |
| 18:14:59 | Jean | I'm just soaking all information in right now. Lots of clues you've given us! |
| 18:15:47 | kristina | Have you started the nutritional and colon cleansing program as of yet or what is your plan? |
| 18:16:05 | kristina | Dave and Lisa, what are you doing next week? |
| 18:16:42 | Mike_K | DanL |
| 18:16:44 | Jean |
Still learning. Is pasteurized kefir helpful at all? It makes me feel good. |
| 18:16:54 | Lisa | Well, as you know Kris, I'm coming in from Austin to Madison to stay on the farm. |
| 18:17:04 | kristina | Lisa, what are your allergy symptoms? Are they new symptoms in your life? How is your diet? |
| 18:17:10 | Dave |
OK, Lisa and I are going to be together (but probably not always, LOL) during a visit with Kristina. |
| 18:17:50 | Lisa | Also I'm going to have a colonic from Kris, and I'm going to have a massage and use the new sauna. Sounds like the perfect day!!! |
| 18:18:37 | kristina |
Pasteurized dairy can be just fine for some people. I think raw dairy is always better, but given the difficult access to raw dairy, as long as you don't have symptoms of ill health that aren't resolving, pasteurized dairy can be just fine as kefir or yogurt. |
| 18:19:33 | kristina | We have 30 baby goats now, with 16 more goat mothers due to have babies. I know the farm will be a lot of fun for you. |
| 18:19:46 | Lisa | Dave and I will meet in person! We are going to meet at our appointments, and after that, hang out around Madison. We also are taking Kristina out for a birthday lunch! |
| 18:20:11 | Jean | I found out from your book that my trusty stainless steel water bottle doesn't pass the magnet test. |
| 18:20:17 | kristina |
I forgot about the birthday lunch. Email me about that so I can schedule it in my calendar, which I don't have as of yet. |
| 18:20:30 | kristina | Don't you hate that! |
| 18:20:37 | Lisa | Okay I'll do that Kris! |
| 18:21:00 | kristina | For all of you who don't know, my 42nd birthday is on Saturday, March 18th. |
| 18:21:23 | Dave | And apparently we won't have to sort out the sheep from the many, many goats! |
| 18:21:25 | Tim | Happy Birthday Kristina! |
| 18:21:36 | kristina | Thank you, Tim! |
| 18:21:56 | Jean | We'll have to see your new movie to see what a healthy 42 looks like! |
| 18:22:33 | Tim | I have to go, see you hopefully next month. |
| 18:22:46 | kristina | Bye, Tim. Thanks for being here. I do appreciate it. |
| 18:22:52 | Tim | bye |
| 18:23:30 | kristina | Lisa, thanks for posting on the soda issue. |
| 18:23:46 | Lisa | You're very welcome! |
| 18:24:12 | Dave | Just shows you how good enema care keeps you young. Look at Mae West supposedly. |
| 18:24:41 | kristina | And, Mike, I am working to make more time for the message boards. Lisa and Don are doing excellent jobs talking to me when I have a post that I need to answer and I welcome everyone to direct my attention to posts. |
| 18:25:33 | kristina | Lisa, are you up for talking about your allergies? |
| 18:26:03 | Dave | Any new topics to raise out there? |
| 18:26:26 | kristina | Today is a slow chat, eh? |
| 18:27:10 | Jean | I've been researching fluoride. Any chance enemas help with removing that from the body? |
| 18:27:15 | kristina | I had a massage today from our new massage therapist. He does a wonderful job. |
| 18:27:23 | Lisa |
We often talk about diet soda being so bad for you, but regular soda is terrible. Not only because of all that sugar, the so many chemicals that I wouldn't even think of having in my body! Kristina made a great post on this on the board under announcements. |
| 18:27:50 | Mike_K | Kris you just made a $273.37 sale |
| 18:28:42 | Mike_K | I would rather have a regular soda than a diet soda with all the extra bad stuff |
| 18:28:59 | kristina |
European Countries Banning the Use of Fluoride -- Because of health concerns, Belgium banned the sale of fluoride supplements to prevent tooth decay, France removed sodium fluoride from the market for the treatment of osteoporosis and Ireland plans to lower water fluoride levels. And, because poor quality research has been carried out on fluoride and health, British scientists called for more research into the health effects of adding fluoride to drinking water in a report published by the Medical Research Council. |
| 18:29:11 | Jean | I have no trouble skipping all sodas. |
| 18:29:27 | Lisa |
About my allergies, I have to admit, my diet is not the greatest, but not real bad either. I could do better. I have not really tried anything for my allergies. |
| 18:30:02 | sawdis |
is it safe to say that fluoride in toothpaste is bad? I switched myself |
| 18:30:37 | kristina |
Yes, you don't want to use fluoride in your toothpaste. |
| 18:30:46 | kristina |
As far as will enemas remove fluoride... |
| 18:31:11 | kristina | Unfortunately, there is no research out regarding removing toxins using enemas. |
| 18:31:38 | kristina | However, what I do know is that when I work with people using nutrition and colon cleansing, I see people's health improve. |
| 18:31:58 | sawdis |
ok i always wanted to ask this. is the fluoride in green tea safe because it is from a natural source or the fluorine atom is bonded differently so as to make it safe? |
| 18:32:26 | Jean | I wonder if maybe the sauna would sweat out some fluoride? |
| 18:32:30 | Dave | I suspect this is true, but do carbonated sodas promote intestinal gas and BM problems? |
| 18:32:32 | sawdis |
actually there is fluoride in all teas... |
| 18:32:41 | kristina | And, because of all the toxins in our environment, we have just recently added our FIR sauna and a massage therapist. |
| 18:33:49 | Jean | I understand taking vitamin C helps detoxify the fluoride. |
| 18:33:52 | sawdis |
sorry the correct spelling is "fluoride" heh |
| 18:34:28 | kristina | We all need to use a wide variety of cleansing tools throughout our entire lives in order to be healthy and live long. Also, as I have written in my book, it is key to use the healthy fats, high quality and quantities of protein and sufficient carbohydrates to keep the body's detoxification pathways functioning optimally. |
| 18:34:33 | Lisa | Dave, I'm pretty sure you are right. When I gave up carbonated drinks, I feel MUCH BETTER!! |
| 18:35:47 | kristina | Some say not to drink the green tea because of the fluoride issue. |
| 18:36:12 | kristina | I have recently stopped drinking green tea. But, without the science behind it, it is hard to know for sure. |
| 18:36:21 | Jean | I've heard the soda pulls the calcium out of the bones. |
| 18:36:27 | Lisa | Is our group getting smaller? Maybe many folks are gone for spring break! |
| 18:36:45 | kristina | Yes, soda pop is always hard on the body. |
| 18:36:58 | sawdis | i saw a single web site state that the fluorine in tea is from a natural source, therefore it is safe. No idea to the validity of that statement. |
| 18:37:15 | kristina | Also, we didn't get a reminder to people's email box this time. We will again next month. |
| 18:37:18 | Lisa | I never heard that Jean, but it sure wouldn't surprise me if that's true! |
| 18:37:23 | Dave |
Kris, probably because there's no "enema lobby." Used to be full of moms and docs. |
| 18:38:36 | Lisa | I did send a reminder on the message board, but I guess not enough people read it. It's been quite on the board too. |
| 18:38:50 | Jean | I would like to settle the green tea/ fluoride issue for myself somehow too. |
| 18:38:51 | The_Cave_Man | Hello... |
| 18:39:01 | sawdis |
I don't drink any kind of soda myself when my IBS started. thought it was the gas but then thought it was not good for me on the whole so gave it up. |
| 18:39:40 | Mike_K |
It would really depend on what kind of soil |
| 18:39:42 | Lisa | I'm with Jean on this. I would also like to learn more on the green tea issue. |
| 18:39:51 | kristina | Yes, I look forward to the day when we study the health benefits of colon cleansing. |
| 18:40:25 | Mike_K | I don't think that is going to happen in our lifetime Kris |
| 18:40:34 | kristina |
As you all look into the flouride issue, would you post what you find on our message boards or send me an email? |
| 18:40:36 | sawdis | ok people but I remind you fluorine is in ALL teas, including black, green, brick and white (but not herbal teas of course) :) |
| 18:41:02 | Mike_K |
Are we talking about apples or oranges? |
| 18:41:34 | Mike_K | One post you are talking about fluoride, and the next post you are talking about fluorine |
| 18:41:40 | The_Cave_Man | Is this a private chat? Or can anyone join in? |
| 18:41:50 | Mike_K |
Jumped right on in caveman |
| 18:42:06 | The_Cave_Man | Thanks, Mike. |
| 18:42:08 | Mike_K | As they say, the water is fine |
| 18:42:16 | kristina |
Probably not, but if I or people like Kevin Trudeau or the reality of a collapsing medical and medical insurance system have anything to say about it, changes to promote self-care, simplicity and nutrition will happen. |
| 18:42:41 | kristina | I am a bit behind because my daughter and son just had conflict, so ya all know. |
| 18:42:42 | sawdis | ok sorry about that lol, fluorine is an atom and fluoride is a binary compound of fluorine with another element. sorry for the confusion |
| 18:43:13 | kristina | Anyone can join in, Cave Man. Welcome |
| 18:43:40 | The_Cave_Man | Thank you, Kristina. I was wondering if I came to the wrong place. |
| 18:44:08 | kristina | You are welcome. What is on your mind? |
| 18:44:26 | Lisa | Jump right in with any question or comment on a health issue. |
| 18:44:42 | The_Cave_Man | Kristina, may I ask about the difference in the coffee you sell for coffee enemas, and that sold by the Wilson company? |
| 18:45:17 | kristina |
Some bits on fluoride for those of you who don't know: Fluoride disrupts the synthesis of collagen and leads to breakdown in the bone, tendon, skin, cartilage, lungs, trachea, and kidney. Fluoride inhibits the formation of antibodies in the blood, which cause a disruptive effect on various tissues in the body, which then confuses the immune system and causes it to attack its own tissues. |
| 18:45:42 | kristina |
Fluoride increases the tumor growth and the general cancer rate. Fluoride has been linked to cancer, low IQ, genetic disorders, and muscle degeneration. |
| 18:46:10 | kristina | The FDA required all toothpaste manufacturers to print a warning on the label that if more than a pea-sized amount of toothpaste is swallowed, the local Poison Control Center should be notified. |
| 18:46:14 | Mike_K | Now what about fluorine, which is the ingredient in teas |
| 18:46:45 | sawdis | fluorine by itself is just an atom. it exists in nature bonded to other atoms |
| 18:47:01 | sawdis | i will explain... |
| 18:48:02 | sawdis |
you can have synthetic fluorides put into the water supply to kill germs for example, but in teas the fluorides would be bonded differently, perhaps in a natural way that is not harmful. This is speculation of course. |
| 18:49:11 | kristina |
Our coffee is fair trade and shade grown so it is much better for the environment. I don't know about the wilson coffee. |
| 18:49:29 | kristina | Also, our coffee is from Sumatra. |
| 18:49:50 | The_Cave_Man | Sumatra? |
| 18:50:18 | sawdis | S.A. Wilson is in Ontario Canada. I've tried it since I'm in canada. Stuff seems to work great for me.... |
| 18:50:39 | Mike_K | The coffee Kristina gets from Sumatra is organically grown |
| 18:51:11 | The_Cave_Man |
Mike: Yes, I understand. But does that make it any better? |
| 18:51:27 | kristina |
Our coffee is very high in palmitates and caffeine. |
| 18:51:33 | The_Cave_Man | understand. |
| 18:52:02 | Mike_K |
There is also an enema coffee grown in Kona, Hawaii |
| 18:52:21 | The_Cave_Man | Kristina: Do you know of any problems associated with too many coffee enemas? Say, more than 1 per day? |
| 18:53:32 | The_Cave_Man | I see, said The Cave Man. I knew I had heard of it. |
| 18:53:35 | Lisa |
If you mean me, Mike, don't worry. I don't stay mad for long! |
| 18:53:35 | kristina |
Coffee enema use needs to be addressed on an individual basis. Some people do very well with a daily coffee enema, which is what is recommended in many cancer programs. |
| 18:53:51 | kristina | However, some people do not do well with that many coffee enemas. |
| 18:54:07 | kristina | Also, the amount of coffee in a coffee enema can vary widely with different people. |
| 18:54:20 | The_Cave_Man |
Kristina: I use them for relief of chronic pain associated with fibromyalgia. |
| 18:54:59 | Lisa | Thanks Mike! |
| 18:55:00 | The_Cave_Man | I notice that after 2 or 3 weeks of daily enemas, I begin to have problems with vision and my eyes tend to become dry. |
| 18:55:06 | kristina | Truthfully, I have not looked into the differences between our coffee for enemas and SA Wilson's coffee. |
| 18:55:10 | Mike_K | Caveman that's what you're used for to begin with |
| 18:55:27 | Dave |
My local therapist takes coffee enemas only at the start and end of semi-annual liver illnesses. so i guess it's very individual. |
| 18:55:34 | kristina | When I added coffee for enemas to our site, I modeled my brew after SA Wilson's enema coffee. |
| 18:56:01 | kristina | I think the differences are subtle as far as the body is concerned, but I do believe that the differences are great on the environmental and social issues. |
| 18:56:28 | The_Cave_Man | Good answer.. |
| 18:56:56 | kristina | Thanks. Even though I am selling products, my goal is to be completely honest about my products. |
| 18:57:02 | kristina | Thanks for appreciating me. |
| 18:57:12 | Mike_K |
I do not know if SA Wilson's coffee is commercially grown or organically grown. The difference being commercially grown coffee can have pesticides used on it. |
| 18:57:21 | The_Cave_Man | You're welcome. It was a fair answer. |
| 18:57:50 | kristina |
As far as your symptoms, I am concerned that you need to tweak your enema and possibly your nutritional program so that you don't experience those symptoms. |
| 18:57:57 | Dave |
Sorry for typos from previous. Hit send button too early. |
| 18:58:07 | The_Cave_Man | Mike: I spoke with Scott Wilson several times and he assured me that it does not have pesticides applied. |
| 18:58:16 | kristina |
And/or you could have a hair tissue mineral analysis to get an idea about which toxins you are pulling out of the body. |
| 18:58:47 | Dave | Next chat, w/ hopefully more here? |
| 18:59:03 | The_Cave_Man | Kristina: I am also on the Guaifenesin protocol, but experienced the eye problems even before. |
| 18:59:35 | Mike_K |
Kris I started drinking 128 oz. of water a day to flush out my tissues from toxins from a bunch of meds I was prescribed |
| 19:00:02 | Mike_K | And it's working |
| 19:00:10 | kristina |
Another point about our coffee is that we do have growers who lost families to the tsunami. I am very pleased to be supporting their lives economically so that they may be rebuilding their lives. Which is not to say that other coffee purchases don't also assist deserving people. |
| 19:00:29 | kristina | Excellent, Mike. What is changing? |
| 19:00:55 | Mike_K | Better vision and whole lot of subtle things |
| 19:01:09 | kristina | Yes, and on the sa wilson site it says that it is organically grown. |
| 19:01:14 | Lisa |
That is great that you can help the families in that way Kris! |
| 19:01:37 | kristina | Wonderful, Mike. Any other changes? How much water were you drinking before? Are you off the medicine? |
| 19:01:37 | Mike_K | We all help those families by buying our coffee from Kris |
| 19:01:57 | Lisa | Very true Mike! |
| 19:02:02 | Mike_K | No more prescription meds, about 16 oz. a day before |
| 19:02:03 | kristina | Goodness, it is after 6:00. Let's say good-bye! |
| 19:02:22 | kristina | April 12th will be the next live chat date. |
| 19:02:31 | Mike_K | See everybody then |
| 19:02:40 | The_Cave_Man | Waugh! (English translation: Good bye. It's been fun) |
| 19:02:55 | kristina | Cave Man, I hope to hear from you again. |
| 19:02:57 | Lisa | Sounds good to me Kris. I'll write that down. |
| 19:03:02 | Mike_K | I have also been taking organic diuretics |
| 19:03:05 | kristina | Yes, waugh!!! |
