16:53:55 Trish: Hi Kristina and Group, I have some questions about getting rid of systemic candidiasis.
16:53:56 Lisa: Hi David and Trish! I hope we get a big group today and get lots of cool questions and ideas!
16:54:09 david: Hello, Lisa, nice to meet you.
16:54:45 Lisa: Nice to meet you too! I hope you new folks can join us on the message board too!
16:55:39 Lisa: Hi Kris! I hope you're having a great day!
16:55:55 kristina: Hi folks! I am so pleased to be here with you all. I am going to start today out with an email from a man who wanted to join us today, but couldn't. Feel free to comment about his email or ask any questions or tell your own story!
16:56:03 kristina: Hi Lisa. I am having a great day!
    16:56:10 Lisa: Cool!
16:56:34 kristina: "Dear Kristina: Thank you for this message. Unfortunately, due to time zone differences, I will be unable to attend the chat session. I know that no reply is necessary, but I wanted to use this opportunity to express my appreciation for all you do to educate, inform, and help people with colon health issues, and especially by providing quality enema products to responsible adults with this special need. Such as myself.

I am not going to give you the whole "David Copperfield" life story or anything, but suffice it to say, that I was a sickly child with a rheumatic heart condition, in and out of hospitals and rehabs, until my stepmother, an R.N., began giving me enemas at about age 7. Mom was always loving and gentle about it, and always explained everything suitable for a child: "Do you know how daddy has to clean out the ashes from the fireplace every so often?" I nodded that I did. "Well, Billy, that's all an enema is: it's just an internal bath that cleans out the ashes that accumulate inside our bodies, and leaves us nice and clean inside again." I always thought that was a wonderful analogy for a child.

Anyway, my rheumatic heart condition went into complete remission, I gained strength and health, my heart was healed, and I developed into a healthy adulthood, which I enjoy to this day (I am 64 with perfect blood pressure). Although I have no proof, I credit my remarkable recovery to the healing power of the enemas, which, let anyone explain, allowed my body to heal and rejuvenate itself! As an adult, I have found that the responsible, regular use of enemas, together with good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, continues to bless me with good health and happiness. I expect that I shall take them the rest of my life, as did my Mom, who lived a healthy life, virtually untouched by illness, until she died at age 90, with nary a wrinkle on her face.

I apologize for going on so long, but I wanted to share my story with you. It takes courage to do what you do, to operate the site, run the forum, to educate and inform, and encourage others, who understand and have this special need, to do this also. It is a wonderful family, you have created! Your assistants are remarkable and caring people, Janet and Lisa, among them. It is good to put some faces to the names. If I recall correctly, in one of the early chats, one of the participants expressed on behalf of everyone, that he felt blessed that you are there for those of us who love enemas and their benefits, and you expressed your love back to everyone. "Blessed" and "Love" were the right words. Thank you for being there for me and so many needful souls like me. That is as it should be. Keep up the good work that you do. God bless you. Bill"
16:59:22 Lisa: Bill is the sweetest man ever!!
17:00:29 kristina: This is an excellent story. Do others of you have similar stories? Or questions about the effectiveness or safety of enemas?
17:03:03 david: I'm a real beginner here (I recently convinced my wife to let me give her a cleaning, and -- despite initial trepidation -- she is a fan, asking me to give her enemas at least every couple of weeks). I have some basic questions about the available hardware.
17:03:10 kristina: Do I need to post anything over again?
17:03:31 kristina: Congratulations and go ahead with questions.
17:04:18 kristina: How are you, Lisa?
17:04:36 Lisa: I'm just fine. Thanks!
17:04:42 webmaster: I am posting that on the web...just a sec and I will give you all a URL to view it.
17:04:57 kristina: Wow! You are fast.
17:05:13 Trish: I am new to this chat and have some questions. It is ok to proceed?
    17:05:20 kristina: Absolutely!
17:05:28 Lisa: Kris, is it safe to use herb tea very often in an enema?
17:06:06 kristina: It depends what type of herbal tea. For example, it is fine to use chamomile or flax tea regularly.
17:06:41 kristina: And, of course, always pay attention to how you feel after an enema series. And, experiment with different mixtures.
17:06:53 Lisa: I'm glad to know that about chamomile. That works so well for me, and feels soothing.
17:07:13 kristina: If you ever don't feel well after a treatment, try a different solution the next time.
17:07:34 david: I have one of those kits with various nozzle types, and would like to get some appropriate size durable plastic tubing that will fit. The kit has an adapter, but I'm pretty clueless on what sizes I have or need...
17:07:37 Trish: I have some chronic health problems I have been dealing with for a while. High mercury toxicity since childhhood, which I received a series of DMPS IV Chelation for, subsequently a weak immune system and systemic candida.
17:07:58 kristina: Also, I do want to warmly encourage people to use coffee at the end of their enema series. The therapuetic benefits can't be matched by any other solution.
17:08:11 Lisa: I'm glad on the message board you were telling us not to use soap, or not too much anyway. Some folks only use soap.
17:08:27 harv: Using a colonic machine does it mix salt in?
17:08:55 kristina: David, call our office between 9-12, CST. The staff will gladly help you out with your tubing needs. You most likely can use our standard 5/16" tubing.
17:08:57 webmaster: David, usually all tubing or hose is standard 5/16"
17:09:17 kristina: 608-242-0200 is the phone number.
17:09:47 david: Okay, thanks. Sorry to be so ignorant!! :)
17:10:19 kristina: Soap is not the preferred option for stimulating release. It is effective. And, for some, it is too harsh. Peppermint works wonders without the harshness, for most.
17:10:20 Trish: I purchased a flowmaster off your website and like that great results I am getting removing mucoid plaque and helping to deal with chronic constipation. Do you have any advice regarding the candidas, mercury toxicity? How do you stop sugar cravings?
17:10:36 kristina: Oh, no, this is why we are here - to answer these sorts of questions.
17:11:46 kristina: Trish, these are very good questions. I do have lots of advice. The best thing to do is to work with me over the phone so that we can address your body's individuals needs. However, I can say a few things for you to get started with.
17:12:23 david: It is nice to have a site like this where we can get meaningful information.
17:12:27 kristina: In order to heal the body, you must give the body the tools it needs to be able to heal and to clean out and to rebuild.
    17:12:42 webmaster: :D so true
17:12:59 Lisa: I agree David! This is the best site!
17:13:15 kristina: The movie, Cleansing, Coffee Enemas and Colon Tubes, is our best educational resource for guiding you to what food choices are the best and for using coffee enemas, which ought to help tremendously.
17:13:30 david: Another question. If I use the tubing you guys sell (which I will probably order), is there a more or less standard of how far to insert, or does that vary with the recipient?
17:13:33 kristina: Also, it is essential that you eat LOTS of FAT!
17:14:00 kristina: Yes, fat is the most potent binding agent of toxins that is available to us.
17:14:09 Trish: Would that be raw fats (raw butter), maybe coconut oil also and cod liver oil?
17:14:48 webmaster: David, tubing or hose? Lots of people get that confused. Are you talking about colon tubes?
17:15:00 kristina: And fatty acids, such as butyrate acid and caprylic acids, are your main antifungal agents and your main fuel for rebuilding the colonic mucosa.
    17:15:11 kristina: Yes, absolutely!
17:15:45 david: Oops, you're right. I think I'm talking about standard tubing I'd use to connect from the bottle to the nozzle...which would that be?
17:16:12 Trish: Do you have an opinion or any advice about eating raw meat, raw fish, raw butter, raw eggs. (Of course from clean, organic sources) Also - How do you get butyrate acid?
17:16:20 david: Sheesh, I may be more clueless than I thought...
17:16:33 webmaster: the 5/16" hose goes from the enema bag to the nozzle.
17:16:41 kristina: The more raw fats that you eat, the more your body will be able to utilize the fats because you will be supplying your body with the lipase it needs to bring that fat to your cells.
17:17:03 webmaster: the colon tube, which is a different thing, is inserted into the rectum.
17:17:10 kristina: Butyrate acid is only found in dairy products. I only recommend raw, pastured, dairy products.
17:17:17 webmaster: the 5/16" hose is never inserted.
    17:17:28 kristina: Go Janet!
    17:17:42 webmaster: *)
    17:17:46 Lisa: Hi Bison!
    17:17:54 Bison: Hi
17:18:12 kristina: I do have lots of advice about raw meat, etc. If one wants to reclaim their health, the more raw food one eats, the more likely they are going to be optimally healthy.
17:18:14 david: Are there advantages to using a tube, then, over the standard kit we're using? I have no tube experience whatsoever.
17:18:33 kristina: The reason for using a tube is to deliver the water higher into the colon.
17:18:41 Lisa: When is your new book coming out?
17:18:41 kristina: The colon tube is one way to do that.
17:18:57 Bison: What are your thoughts on chicken.....cooked or raw?
17:19:22 kristina: You can also take enemas in series, take small amounts of water in at a time so that you take 2-4 quarts of water per enema and use a Smooth Flow Syringe and Hose System.
17:20:24 kristina: Chicken, I cook. But, I know many folks who eat it raw.
17:20:34 david: Okay, I will do some reading.
17:20:45 webmaster: Colon tubes are used to get the water up higher in the colon.
17:20:57 kristina: Also, the quality of the meat you eat is important. We all need to support small local farmers who care enough to bring us all high quality foods that give us long and healthy lives!
17:21:39 Trish: I am reading a book on eating raw called "We Want to Live" that talks about storing eggs at room tempurature. That just scares me though and I refrigerate them and eat them raw. Have you heard of not keeping eggs in refrigerator?
17:21:49 david: Is a colon tube going to do a better job, then, of cleansing, as opposed to the standard nozzle that's inserted 4 or 5 inches?
17:22:15 kristina: I don't keep my eggs in the refrigerator but I also have my own chickens. Eggs will keep for weeks unrefrigerated.
17:23:30 kristina: Aajonus Vanderplonitz is definitely an author to read. His ideas are way out there, but many are extremely sound. My housemate follows his ideas to the letter. I don't agree with the idea that everyone would drink tremendous amounts of vegetable juice every day. I do agree with him that most people need to eat raw liver each day.
17:23:57 kristina: Raw liver has been the cornerstone to many of the successful alternative cancer programs, along with coffee enemas.
17:24:13 kristina: A colon tube may or may not do a better job.
17:24:42 Trish: I live in Portland, Oregon and have not yet found a source for clean meats or poultry other that the local Whole Foods, New Seasons or Wild Oats grocery stores that charge an arm and a leg for good food. Do you know of a way to locate local farmers?
17:25:01 kristina: Again, the key issue is to get the water deep into the colon. This can be done by taking in 2-4 quarts of water by taking enemas in series and taking in small amounts of water at a time.
17:25:47 kristina: The real trick is to get the water beyond the sigmoid colon or the beginning part of the colon.
17:26:14 kristina: This is where all the nerve endings are the stimulate cramping and communicate to our nervous system that we are full.
17:26:30 david: My wife said she released almost all water when I gave her a cleaning last night. Would that suggest I'm getting the colon fairly well cleansed?
17:26:48 david: Clarification: the almost all water was after her second bottle...
17:26:49 kristina: This is why colon tubes can work well. This is also why putting the water into the body slowly works well. This is also why the Smooth Flow Syringe and Higginson Syringe work well.
17:27:00 Bison: Doesn't Whole Foods try to get local cheeses, meats, dairy, etc. when they can?
17:27:10 kristina: Was that her last release? Did she remove stool?
17:27:48 Trish: Yes, I think they do. But I am always intrested in finding products directly from the source if possible.
17:27:56 david: She had a lot of fecal matter in the first release, and much less in the second. I examined her following the second release and felt a small amount of fecal matter inside...I'm guessing that came down as a result of the water flow...
17:28:01 Bison: In Madison, there are lot of locally produced items at Whole Foods
17:28:25 kristina: Whole Foods is a mixed bag. They can get raw cheese and local produce.
    17:28:41 webmaster: they can?
17:28:44 kristina: Their meat is not the best. It is always best to procure your meat from a farmer.
17:29:05 webmaster: we can buy raw cheese but not milk?
17:29:37 George: Kristina how long should one wait before starting the second enema in a series?
17:29:38 kristina: Yes, you can buy raw cheese at coops and organic food markets.
17:29:54 kristina: I would do it immediately.
17:29:56 Trish: kristina, do you have other raw food recommendations for building the system back up other than the liver? Also, how in the world would you prepare raw liver?
17:30:11 kristina: It does sound like your wife was fully cleared out, David.
17:30:18 Trish: to make it palatable?
17:30:39 kristina: Cut it into very small bits and eat it. It is tasty.
17:31:08 kristina: You can mix it within a stir fry or salad or some other dish so that you don't even really notice it.
17:31:38 Bison: I agree, getting as much food from the source as possible is the best...but if shipping or having to drive to the source breaks your bank......I find nothing wrong with buying from Whole Foods. Their organic meats come from SOME place that isnt big Agri-Business
17:32:55 kristina: Raw milk, raw butter, raw cheese, raw kefir, raw yogurt, raw fish, raw cultured vegetables, raw beet kvass, etc. Read Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. Also, read my new book when it comes out this summer. (Let's all cross our fingers) I need a cover if anyone has any creative ideas, let me know.
17:33:21 Bison: I've also found the quality of their Bison Meat to be very, very good....albeit a bit more expensive than I'd like.
17:33:51 webmaster: ok now anyone have an enema question?
17:33:55 ALLEN: Is there anything I can use in a enema solution to cut cramps?
17:34:48 kristina: Yes, Whole Foods is handy, and I agree that we want to make eating well affordable for all. I bring raw milk to my clients at my office. Also, I encourage folks to set up a coop for taking turns with procuring their food. Also, it is the time to sign up for CSA vegetable, egg and fruit deliveries. Go to localharvest.org for a local source.
    17:35:01 Bison: Great book!
17:35:13 kristina: go to www.northstarbison.com for high quality bison that is inexpensive.
17:35:24 david: My wife and I are using warm water only. I would like to try some tea, but she is a bit uneasy at this point. Would tea provide a benefit over warm water only?
17:35:27 kristina: Allen, what do you use now?
17:35:33 Lisa: I like what Kristina does, when she puts a few drops of peppermint oil on your hand, and smell it to relax you, and that can help ease cramps.
17:36:05 kristina: Have you tried taking your enema while you are in a hot bath?
17:36:14 ALLEN: I use warm water and castile soap.
17:36:25 kristina: The warmer the water the better. And, it needs to be filtered water without any chlorine in it.
17:36:34 david: No, we have not tried during a bath.
17:36:41 kristina: I would take out the soap and see what results you experience.
17:36:47 david: Is chlorine potentially harmful to the colon/rectum?
17:36:55 Trish: Does the body constantly keep building up mucoid plaque? What causes this? Also, when eliminating after an enema first eliminations are always hard and pebble like. Why?
17:37:04 Lisa: I do almost all my enemas in the bath, and it's very relaxing.
17:37:09 kristina: And, take the water into your body very slowly - 1/2 to 1 cup per minute at the most!
17:37:26 kristina: Chlorine is very harmful to the colon.
17:37:31 david: I am probably giving them to her too fast. I will go more slowly the next time. Again, we are beginners.
17:37:48 david: I have also heard about some solutions involving olive oil -- any suggestions on that?
17:38:11 kristina: Thanks for all the great questions. And, do keep us posted on your concerns and successes.
17:38:19 Bison: I like the bath too :D
17:38:36 kristina: Yes, the body does keep building up mucoid plaque.
17:38:40 webmaster: David, here is a link to info on enema implants.
17:39:10 kristina: There are too many causes to list here.
17:39:22 Bison: What might make the feet swell after an enema series?
17:39:52 Lisa: There are olive oil implants. The webmaster just sent a link, and that's helpful. If you do olive oil, don't use a rubber enema bag! It eats up the rubber!
    17:40:19 webmaster: good point Lisa!
17:40:27 kristina: The stool is hard and pebble-like because it is constipated stool. You are most likely not eating enough healthy fat, taking in enough healthy bacteria from your foods, drinking enough liquids, getting the right balance of minerals, etc.
17:41:02 Lisa: Use a plastic disposable bag, or a stainless steel enema can if you use olive oil.
17:41:38 david: I was trying to figure out what to put the olive oil in for the first session, to keep it from getting in the bottle we would use for subsequent rinses.
17:41:43 webmaster: she means a disposible enema bag
17:42:02 kristina: I want folks to know that I am now a certified advisor for the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. There is no better way to determine if your electrolytes are imbalanced, the importance of colon cleansing, the amounts of heavy metals you are storing, the current state of your adrenal glands, your thyroid glands and more.
17:42:31 Bison: Any short video subjects anyone would like to see concerning enemas and colon therapy? :-)
17:42:37 kristina: I am thrilled to be offering this service as it gives us all the inside look into our bodies that we have long been looking for.
17:42:45 webmaster: I think that the most popular vinyl bag used for implant is the 2500cc bag.
17:43:41 david: How often do you guys have these live sessions? I'm guessing I'm going to be having some more questions in the future...
17:43:50 ALLEN: You suggested using filter water for enemas; I assumed you mean bottled water. Am I correct?
17:43:53 webmaster: Lisa, you are always right on
17:44:06 kristina: one time per month
    17:44:26 david: Will do, thanks.
17:44:34 Bison: Things that you would like to download and be able to reference about anything enema related?
17:44:37 david: I will probably put the next session's date in my Palm Pilot!
17:44:58 Trish: You recommend putting celtic salt in with enema water to help electrolytes, right? Also, do I find info about hair analysis in your website?
17:45:21 david: I do audio and video production for a living; if you ever need help, let me know.
    17:45:36 Bison: Me too
17:45:37 webmaster: The message boards are wonderful and you could learn so much
17:45:45 kristina: Bottled water is one method of accessing a quality water. Having a reverse osmosis water filter plumbed into your house is an inexpensive option. An even cheaper one is our shower filter.
