16:50:34 kristina: Hi Folks, Janet is sick today, so we don't have web support. Let's send her our blessings.
16:51:04 Mike_K: Hi Lisa :-)
16:51:09 Lisa: Hi everyone!
16:51:30 kristina: Hello everyone!!! Lisa, you made it! Hi Mike!!!
16:51:46 Mike_K: Kris what is your view on enemas 4 quarts and over?
16:51:50 Lisa: I'm glad we have some people here today!
16:52:07 kristina: I will be back at 5.
16:52:20 Mike_K: OK
16:52:22 Lisa: I was able to take my 4:30 student earlier, so I can make this!
16:53:35 Lisa: Did any of you receive the newsletter this month? It'a a good one
16:54:14 sawdis: Yes
16:55:15 Lisa: After reading the newsletter, I wanted to take a lavender enema, so I did, and it was very relaxing.
16:56:04 Mike_K: Lisa, lavender soap or essential oil?
16:56:20 Lisa: essential oil
16:57:09 Lisa: I seldom use soap, too much cramping for me.
16:57:35 blossom: Hi, this is blossom checking into my first live chat with Kristina and other fellow colon health enthusiasts. I love the message board and am continually inspired by everyone's comments and sharing. I'm looking forward to learning a lot today!!
16:58:27 Lisa: Glad you can join us Blossom, and that you like the message board!
16:58:42 Mike_K: blossom us a little something about yourself
16:58:49 kristina: I am ready to start taking questions, if anyone has any. If not, please do share your stories and your views on healthy living, cleansing, enemas and related experiences.
16:59:09 sawdis: I actually have 2 questions...
17:00:11 kristina: I have not worked with anyone who can take over 4 quarts. I always say that you don't want to cause yourself pain while taking an enema. It is always better to take two or three 2-4 quart enemas than it is to force yourself to take an excessive amount of water into your colon.
17:00:45 Lisa: Is your goat milk soap from your goats, or is it made on another farm? Just wondering. I look forward to trying the soap.
17:01:40 Mike_K: kristina the reason I ask is, because I've seen so many posts lately about people using 4, 5, and 6 qts.
17:02:19 blossom: Kristina's Flowmaster system has been such a marvelous help to me. She has inspired me with her caring attitude and tremendous knowledge. I do a weekly enema series and feel so much younger and have so much more energy. Kristina welcomed me personally.
17:02:28 Lisa: That large enema would stretch the colon, wouldn't it?
17:02:49 kristina: Yes, the goat's milk soap made for enemas will be made out of milk from my goat herd. I am very excited about the soap as a therapeutic tool for enema use.
17:03:17 kristina: I am a bit slow still because of my finger, so please be patient with me.
17:03:34 Mike_K: You gotta watch them sneaky goats
17:03:42 Jake: Hi - Having problems with colon tubes. Rubber #24 does not bend at the turn, so won't proceed past pain. Silicone tube so flexible it doubles up and curls at the bend. Thoroughly clean out beforehand, even taken olive oil enema for lubrication.
17:04:05 kristina: I just made two new movies that will be downloadable. I used a model that had never taken an enema or a colonic in her life. I started with a goat's milk bulb enema to clear the lower colon.
17:04:34 blossom: Hi Kristina, this is my first live chat and am honored to be chatting with you! I am looking forward to trying your goat milk soap. I do use the castile enema soap for the first enema in my series, but would be interested in a more natural way of doing it
17:04:45 ltrail: When will these be available, Kristina?
17:05:13 Lisa: Where is Janet?
17:05:26 kristina: From there, she easily took a 2 quart peppermint enema. I was very surprised. I think that as long as the enema is done slowly and the lower colon is cleared out, the colon can hold lots of water, but I don't have the scientific tools to assure anyone that more than 4 quarts won't stretch the colon. The point of all of this is to clear out the entire colon.
17:05:52 kristina: There are those who are trying to cause themselves pain. This is damaging to the body.
17:06:53 kristina: Colon tubes are a challenge to put deep into the colon.
17:07:14 kristina: Again, the goal of a treatment is to clear the entire colon or to implant deep into the colon.
17:07:35 Jake: Suggestions?
17:07:36 kristina: If a colon tube isn't working for you, a treatment taken slowly, in series, will work for you.
17:07:52 sawdis: About the raw milk... It's illegal the buy raw milk in Canada due to E. Coli outbreaks. So I have to find a farmer and buy it on the black market? The whole thing seems risky compared to just continuing to drink rice milk. What can you say concerning this?
17:08:05 kristina: Good idea to take the olive oil into the colon to insert the colon tube. What are your goals for treatment, Jake?
17:08:08 Jake: Okay, I do that.
17:08:23 kristina: Janet is at the hospital.
17:09:07 Lisa: Oh my gosh, I hope it's not serious! I wish her well!
17:09:10 210bob: Hi Kristina. Great that you are available. I too have trouble with colon tubes. A french 32 that I can't get past the first bend. Are some people just built that way?
17:09:11 kristina: Raw milk is our most important health food.
17:09:15 kristina: Rice milk is not.
17:09:19 Jake: Just to insert tube full length, and slowly irrigate
17:09:20 kristina: It is worth the risk.
17:09:31 kristina: Go to www.westonaprice.org and www.realmilk.com to learn more.
17:09:33 Mike_K: kristina, is it about her daughter?
17:09:57 kristina: Also, read my upcoming book, Ten Days to Optimal Health, and The Untold Story of Milk and Nourishing Traditions.
17:10:38 blossom: I use Kristina's Flowmaster system with the orange retention nozzle and get excellent results after a 2 qt. castile soap enema followed by a 2qt. sea salt and baking soda enema. I do this once weekly. I have not tried the colon tubes.
17:11:39 kristina: Janet and her daughter are struggling with their health. Janet needs to follow a program.
17:12:06 frank: Kristine, how can I best improve my bowel transit time so I can return to normal movements sooner after an enema?
17:13:24 kristina: Reacted magnesium works wonders. I have also started folks using Chia seeds, which are only available by calling my office.
17:13:52 kristina: Of course, I have to say that drinking raw milk and eating raw butter would also be tremendously beneficial.
17:14:57 Mike_K: Ok What are Chia seeds?
17:15:20 kristina: Blossom, would you share with us your story?
17:15:42 Lisa: After reading the newsletter at 11pm, I craved a lavender enema, so late at night I took one! I haven't had an enema for a long time, so this was very good. I felt great when I went to bed. I did 3 quarts 6 drops of Lavender oil and 3 teaspoons of sea salt.
17:16:04 kristina: Who just finished a fast? How did it go? Would you tell us the details?
17:16:38 kristina: How are you feeling today, Lisa, after the enema? How did you sleep?
17:16:40 sawdis: Twas me
17:17:05 blossom: Sure Kristina, I just turned 60 and it seems my 10 year slow transit problem became worse recently. Then I found your site and it has been a tremendous help. I purchased your Flowmaster system and you even wrote an e-mail helping me to best use it.
17:17:55 Lisa: I don't need as much sleep as much as I used to. Today I feel relaxed, but not tired. I feel really good today.
17:18:04 kristina: I am honored to be helpful. How often are you taking enemas? How has the information on the site been helpful? Did you find the movie helpful?
17:18:58 blossom: I'm actually the Margaret in Denver you have inspired. I am slowly turning around my problem and feel like the kid I really am! I have always taken monthly enemas, but recently started a weekly enema series to overcome my slowed down digestive track.
17:19:44 kristina: Oh, Hi Margaret. Just to give others a full picture of what you have struggled with, can you talk about your health history and where you are now?
17:19:56 Lisa: I agree blossom, that the flowmaster system is really great!
17:21:42 blossom: I'm actually in pretty good health - I have been on blood pressure meds, but otherwise have had no other health issues. I sleep on average 4 hrs. a night ( as long as I can remember) and thrive on living life with lots of vigor.
17:22:11 sawdis: I went and got the equivalent supplies from the health store rather than order Vitratox, etc. For the first 6 hours I felt like I was high on a certain herb which will not be named. I wasn't terribly hungry most of the time, only having 1 meal a day...
17:22:33 kristina: lalala....you guys are making this chat easy on me. And I would love it if everyone chimed in with experiences or questions or insights into the world or even how your day is going...
17:23:00 kristina: How many days did you fast?
17:23:07 kristina: Did you prepare for the fast?
17:23:13 Mike_K: What are Chia Seeds??
17:23:16 kristina: Did you take enemas during the fast?
17:23:27 sawdis: 5 days, yes I prepared for 37 days in advance on your plan
17:24:03 blossom: I retired from teaching (30 years) and now am an educational consultant. Since I'm not quite as active in my new job it really became evident that I needed to think more about what I eat and to plan an exercise program to feel as vibrant as I did.
17:24:20 sawdis: I added 7 days to make up for going on small tangents during the plan. That plan is really tough!
17:24:28 Lisa: In our last chat, I said I get very hungry after taking enemas. I don't get as hungry anymore. Is that a good sign? I did eat some homemade yogurt about an hour after my enema last night.
17:24:50 sawdis: Yes I took 4 enemas which is 1 more than recommended. During the fast I took 3 enema series
17:25:42 kristina: Chia seeds provide the essential omega 3 & 6 oils. Chia seeds are 30% oil, of which 30% is omega 3 and 40% is omega 6, and have a long shelf life. They also have approximately two times the protein concentration and up to ten times the oil concentration of other grains, and are digestible without grinding.
17:25:43 sawdis: The first enema series I did with SA Wilson enema coffee - it detoxes so strongly I felt a touch of the flu. I ate and it dissapated
17:26:17 kristina: Chia seeds are an excellent tool to nourish the body AND they assist even the toughest colon to empty its contents daily.
17:26:45 Mike_K: Are they only taken orally?
17:27:03 kristina: Yes, they are taken orally.
17:27:09 Lisa: Can you get chia seeds at any health food store?
17:27:10 sawdis: Also the second and fourth time I felt tiny flu symptoms, the 4th time because I drank 8 drinks of wine the night before (bad idea). It proved to me that the wine had re-toxified me slightly...
17:27:18 kristina: This is a cliffhanger, Sawdis....
17:27:31 blossom: Kristina, my weekly enema series have really helped my digestive system start to retrain, but my next step is to do some colon hydrotherapy sessions to clear out old wastes and help me on my way on my lifestyle change program. Advice on selecting the best
17:28:09 kristina: I find that enemas-in-series are just as effective as colon hydrotherapy.
17:28:28 frank: Are the Chia seeds high in fiber? Is that part of what makes them work so well?
17:28:48 Sarah: Kristina -How many enemas to you need to approximate a colonic?
17:29:00 kristina: Certainly, seeing a colon hydrotherapist can be a healing experience, in addition to enemas, but enemas do clear out the entire colon, even of old waste.
17:29:20 kristina: And, old waste only is removed through a program, such as is laid out in Ten Days to Optimal Health.
17:29:56 sawdis: The 3rd and 5,6,7, etc I felt fine, heh. It was very predictable as my toxicity was decreasing I would feel fine after the coffee enema, I could hear my gall bladder and liver burbling 10 minutes in! It really works.
17:30:54 blossom: That's good to know since I have really noticed great results and a better overall new vitality. Do you recommend actual colon hydrotherapy centers in my hometown of Denver or what should I look for to make sure they are certified?
17:31:15 kristina: You must use therapeutic nutrients to prepare the colon, the liver, the gallbladder to pull toxins from every cell in the body, to slough off unhealthy cells, to push the body to optimal functioning. Colon cleansing in and of itself will not clear the body of old waste. Colon cleansing only removes wastes that are in circulation already, not stored waste.
17:32:02 kristina: I don't know of any therapists in your area but if you go to www.i-act.org you will find certified therapists.
17:32:15 kristina: Do keep me posted as to how the treatments go.
17:33:00 sawdis: I can drink 4 shots of wheat grass juice and it tastes like sugar. According to the guy at the health store (and internet) it should taste bitter to normal (toxic) people. I don't know if this is true...
17:33:11 kristina: How do you feel after those 37 days? Do you recommend the process? Do you have any tips for others on how to go through the process? Any tips for me on how to set it up for folks to succeed?
17:33:34 kristina: I don't know either. And, it is sweet and bitter to my tastes.
17:34:25 blossom: I will, Kristina. It looks like I need to get the Ten Days to Optimal Health, also. Thanks so much for your giving of yourself, your talent, your passion and your intellect based on your own personal experiences You are making a difference in so many lives.
17:34:45 sawdis: OK the hardest thing is the amount of water that must be drunk and at the right times. I honestly could not follow it, but I tried my best anyway. Also eating the full 6 meals a day is hard. I manages 4.7 meals a day on the average.
17:35:15 Lisa: Any word yet when your book is coming out?
17:35:44 sawdis: I tried to follow as closely as possible and failing that making calculations along the way to compensate and stay balanced
17:36:21 kristina: Thank you, very much, Blossom!
17:36:34 tsomma: Kristina, when will your two new videos be available?
17:37:21 kristina: I have had a major delay in my book. I hope that it will come out within 6-10 weeks.
17:38:08 kristina: And, of course, the program is a guide. It is always good to make slight adjustments to fit the individual. I am very proud of you for the work that you have done. How do you feel today?
17:38:20 sawdis: I bought myself a $570CAD kempojuicer. it really helps for making vegetable juice which will last up to about 48 hours due to its technology. It can do anything, fruits, veggies, wheatgrass, pine needles, nut butters, jams, sorbets, pasta, etc.
17:38:29 kristina: My two new videos ought to be availble by early next week.
17:38:48 kristina: Wow!!!
17:40:38 sawdis: I have one peculiarity to report (question). I got canker mouth sores during the fast. Do you know what could cause it? Drinking wheat germ oil and flax oil directly 5 times a day? Clogged pores in the mouth?
17:41:45 kristina: Since the 35-day program is a focus tonight, I want to share with all of you another person's closing letter to me. I plan to post her entire experience on the blog over this next week.
17:41:50 kristina: "Here's my final thoughts after 35 days of intense nutritional focus and body cleansing: Since I've started practicing the enemas until now I've come a long way. The experience is something that you can't describe in words but has to be tried. With each attempt I learned more about my body. First it was a realization of where the water was traveling in my system. Then the awareness of how to work through and diminish cramping. Envisioning the water cleansing and healing my ailing colon was invaluable. Or picturing a sun setting over the crystal clear water helped during rough moments. Wow, I actually have some control over my body! An awareness, a connection. What confidence this brings knowing I am becoming in tune with my physical self. Yet somewhere it crosses the line of physical. Maybe that's because it isn't a line - maybe it's more like an opening. How do I feel? I feel improving strength and energy; improving endurance and hope. I feel like I'm getting my sparkle back. What's more is I feel like that sparkle will grow to shine brighter than I could ever have imagined. But I did it! What a sense of accomplishment to achieve something that before seemed so difficult and mysterious. It wasn't easy but it felt like slow and steady plodding up a mountain. Hiking this mountain required lots of sweat and discomfort but along the way there were plenty of beautiful vistas to keep enticing me. I sit at the final view and it is more revealing and breathtaking than all. For I see many other magnificent mountains."
