Doctors don't help my chronic pain, bloating, weight gain, fatigue, and sleep issues. What can I do?

I hope you can shed some light on my symptoms. I am an active 32-year-old male. I work in the landscape management industry. I have a pesticide/chemical application license I have put to use, but not recently. For the last 7 years I have been suffering from the following: chronic pain, extreme muscle tenderness, bloating, weight gain, fatigue, and sleep issues. Also, I am always cold, and recently I was diagnosed with asthma. No symptoms go away. They just continue to compound. What can you tell me? I have heard of drinks like the "Hollywood diet" that is supposed to clean out your system. Do you think that would be good? I am not sure where to start. I have been to doctor after doctor. They have run tests, I've had a muscle biopsy taken, and I've been put on medications (Tylenol with codeine, Neurontin, and Zyrtec, none of which I am taking now, by my choice). Please let me know your thoughts!

The human body is designed and genetically programmed to be healthy. Your body has approximately 100 trillion cells and they each know exactly what to do. For many reasons, including exposure to toxins, your cells are tired and overworked. In order for you to be healthy, you must optimize the energy that is being produced by those cells so that they can allow your tissues, organs, glands, and systems to rebuild your health to an optimal state. Where does your body obtain the energy it needs to sustain life in a state of optimal health and well-being? The life-sustaining processes of the body are known as metabolism, and are fueled by an energy exchange with the environment, whereby the body converts air, water, sunlight, and food into energy.

When you are sick, you must optimize this exchange of nutrients and the subsequent wastes. There is no other way to be healthy. You may opt for drugs that suppress the symptoms, but this will not bring you health. You must breathe clean air deeply, drink clean water in large quantities, enjoy the sunshine on your skin, eat therapeutically, and cleanse.

In order to teach people how to optimize their nutrient intake and waste removal, I have written a book, Ten Days to Optimal Health. In this book, I have laid out an easy-to-use, 35-day lifestyle and cleansing program that brings health renewal. These ecological lifestyle programs are based on a computerized analysis of individualized nutritional needs and biochemical individuality. They are tools that can assist people to heal fully.
