webmaster: Welcome to the live chat with Kristina Amelong
Ben707: ben - I would like to know if one should clean their colon once or twice a year. What does coffee in an enema do?
webmaster: great question Ben. Kristina will reply to you around 5pm. Can you ask her then?
webmaster: learn more about coffee enemas
webmaster: Hi Lisa! How are you?
Lisa: Hi! I'm pretty good. How about you?
webmaster: I am recovering very nicely. It was hard the first few days.
webmaster: I can't believe that I had major surgery 7 days ago.
Ben707: Hello Lisa, my first time on a chat
Lisa: My gosh! I didn't know about that!! But I'm very glad you are recovering well!
webmaster: Yes, I had to have my gallbladder removed. I had golf ball sized stones and it was attached and wrapped around my liver
Lisa: Hi Ben! Welcome! I hope you will also join us on our message board. Lots of nice people and great info.
webmaster: I worked with Kris to remedy it with natural methods, but the gallbladder was stretched over the liver and had to be removed.
Lisa: That must have been painful!
phoenix: Hello everyone
dkd: Starting at 5:00 CST?
Lisa: Hi phoenix! Welcome to our chat!
phoenix: Hello Lisa
phoenix: Thank you
Lisa: We do start at 5pm. We are the early birds!
phoenix: So what is the topic today?
Lisa: Do we have a topic today webmaster?
Lisa: Many people on the message board wanted to talk about the flu. And how to prevent it or treat it.
webmaster: Kris just finished her new video!
webmaster: We are so excited about it.
Lisa: Glad you can join us again Molly!
phoenix: Is the video available now?
webmaster: AND the silicone colon tubes are in.....we are the only company in the world that has them.
Lisa: I prepaid already for the new video!!
dkd: Is the new video advertised on your site? I didn't see it.
webmaster: but right now Kris is talking to me on the phone.....she is having problems getting on the chat as she just moved to her new farm.
webmaster: the new video is just about to be released....it is in production as we speak.
Lynn: Hello everyone
phoenix: Hello Lynn
Lynn: Thank you for inviting me Kristina
Lynn: Sorry I'm late, cleints
Lisa: The video isen't on the site yet. I worked it out with Kris about prepaying for it because I wanted to buy many other items and wanted free postage!
Lisa: Hi Lynn! Are you the same Lynn as before? The male Lynn?
Lynn: Thank you also Kris for inviting me.
Lynn: Yes Lisa its me :)
Lisa: We missed you last month Lynn! Nice to have you back!
Lynn: Yes, I was away on business, and I missed our chat
Lynn: Sure nice to be missed :)
dkd: Lisa: Are either you or Kristina going to talk about the silicone tube?
Lynn: Kristina, I ordered the silcone colon tube and retention silcone tube, I look at it as a investment.
Lisa: I hope Kris will be able to get on the chat! She's having problems logging on!
Lynn: Sorry I meant the double balloon silicone retention tube
Lisa: Yip! I'm sure we will talk about the silicone tube since it's a new item.
Lynn: Hope everyone is good
phoenix: I have a silicone retention tube and have difficulties getting it inserted?
phoenix: Is there a trick to this?
Lynn: I know you need to relax phoenix
Lynn: run the enema well you are inserting
Lynn: plenty of lubrication
Lisa:I'm sure there is. Kris will be able to help on this one.
alain: hello everyone I am in europe and its very late now around midnight.
phoenix: Hello Alain
Lynn: Hello Alain
Lynn: Sorry i should have waited for Kris to explain
phoenix: I am from Madison
Lisa: What part of Europe are you from? Welcome!
webmaster: bad news everyone.....Kris is unable to get online. She just moved to the farm and is having internet problems
alain: paris
dkd: Phoenix: Can you give more detail about difficulties with colon tube?
webmaster: She is encouraging us all to help eachother...answer questions and share ideas.
Lynn: You are lucky phoenix - wish I could get some treatments at the clinic.
phoenix: Well, I just have a very difficult time holding the tube and inserting.
Lisa: WOW! Paris! Nice to have people from around the world!
phoenix: Where are you from Lynn?
Lynn: N.Dak. phoenix
webmaster: We are scheduling the next chat in 2 weeks. Nov. 17th at 6pm
dkd: I take it that it is too flexible for you to insert it, it tends to double up and not go in?
Lynn: ok webmaster
phoenix: Yes
webmaster: She wants you all to know that the new video is done...it is called Cleansing, Coffee Enemas and Colon Tubes
webmaster: and is shows you how to take a coffee enema
phoenix: If I try a tube that is a little more "rigid" then it is painful inserting.
webmaster: the new silicone tubes are now available...they are much smoother...cleaner and have no allergic reactions as latex rubber does.
Lynn: Well I will look forward to ordering that after I get the colon tube and retention balloon.
Lisa:So the next chat is one hour later? 6 central?
webmaster: exactly....we are switching to 6pm as it will be easier for many.
Lynn: Will you be sending out the flyer webmaster.
webmaster: central time
webmaster: yes, we will......did everyone get the newsletter? We just launched a new version of it.
webmaster: on monday we sent it out.
Lisa: I think a later time is better for many!
Lynn: Yes, love it too, I ordered the tubes right away!
dkd: Phoenix: You are trying to insert a silicone colon tube with a retention cuff or balloon? One balloon or two?
webmaster: :) thanks
alain: what to do to get the new letter
phoenix: One balloon
webmaster: sign up for it on the home page of the website
alain: thanks I will
webmaster: better yet...just send your name to me
Lynn: webmaster, I have been doing daily small enemas, and feeling better, thank you for the advice
webmaster: I mean....send me your email address to get on the newsletter list
webmaster: we give away discounts and coupons to our newsletter subscribers all the time
Lisa: Sometimes there are discounts for the products in the newsletters. I always like that!
webmaster: Hi Lynn...I am glad you are feeling good. Cleansing is better than staying full of toxins isn't it?
Lynn: Yes, very good idea
phoenix: Well everyone, I need to go
phoenix: Hope to see you all again in two weeks
Lynn: Yes it is webmaster, I feel better about myself
phoenix: Take care
alain: I just put my e mail address on the home page
Lynn: Take care phoenix - hope you can get the balloon in
phoenix: Thanks
webmaster: you are all welcome to chat as until 6pm or so.....then I close the chat to keep folks from spamming it
Lynn: Very good idea webmaster
Lynn: I'm just so happy more people are finding enemas and colonics
alain: are the new silicone colon tube available in the catalog?
Lisa: I post a message on curezone about our live chat. Just wondering if any of you knew about us from reading that post.
Lynn: YES!!
molly: Lynn, I am supposed to be starting small daily enemas but I am having a hard time motivating myself to do it so often. How do you get motivated?
Lynn: Wow Lisa good idea!!
Lynn: I know how awful I feel Molly and with Kristina's thoughts it motivated me to start and now it's like a daily walk, I must
Lynn: Please molly start for me today will you?
Lynn: We all want you to feel better
Lisa: I'm trying to help out Kris as much as possible because I believe in her work so much. I'm trying to get her on the TV show The View because a few years ago they had someone talking about enemas!
molly: How small is small? that my nutritionist didn't make clear to me.
webmaster: Here is the link to the silicone colon tubes.
Lynn: I was reading that Lisa, I'm so proud of you.
ynn: I take an 8 ounce bulb enema every morning and hold for 20 min.
webmaster: Lynn, do you insert the water slowly or quickly?
Lynn: I do get help on the weekends.
molly: Thanks, Lynn. I may be able to do that much.
Lynn: slow gentle pressure molly
Lynn: YW Molly
alain: thanks for the link
Lynn: My mother is a great believer of enemas and also gave me daily at times when I was toxic or flu season
Lisa: I wish my mom believes in enemas. She thinks I'm silly and gets grossed out when I talk about it!
Lynn: I have terrible stress with my work, and work long hours, travel, so daily enemas are best for me.
alain:I thought daily enema was too high frequency, because colon becomes lazy
Lynn: Kristina, would you do an olive oil enema more than monthly?
Lynn: alain, I can't go before, so for me daily is good
Lynn: Kristina helped me see that
bob: I have been doing the series of 3 enemas 1 x wk since dec. last year and have been feeling great. it takes about 2 hrs to complete the series.
molly: I am not going to get a flu shot this year. I am wondering if the small daily enemas would help me stay healthy through the flu season or should I try a more vigorous program?
Lynn: If I'm dependent, which I probably am, i could not go before
Lynn: I have never had a flu shot molly, but you must decide that
alain: Lynn, do you mean before leaving for work, but I always stay in bed as late as possible.
dkd: Bob: Colon tube or standard enema tip?
molly: I am NOT going to get a flu shot because this chat room and Kristina talked me out of it two months ago. Thanks everyone!
Lynn: Yes, I take an enema of 8 ounces then shave and brush teeth, then sit on the potty, than shower
Lisa: Taking enemas do help to prevent flu, but not 100%. Even with the shots you still can get the flu!
Lynn: Kristina has done so much for all of us
bob: i use the colon tube for the coffee and reg. tips for first water and implant
Lynn: Wonderful bob
Lisa: Molly, I had a flu shot only once in my life and that's when I was pregnant.
Lynn: Molly so glad you see the power of an enema
bob: the day i do it i feel very relaxed almost to the point of feeling tired but the next day i can take on the world - i just had a complete checkup and all my tests came back normal
alain: Never got a flu shot in my life, but as soon as I feel flu coming I get a full enema, and next day is OK
Lisa: Maybe pregnant women shouldn't take the flu shot like I did. Do you know anything about this webmaster?
bob: the doctor told me i don't have to worry about the flu shot
Lynn: wonderful feeling isn't it Bob?
dkd: Does anyone have any comparative experience with the silicone tube vs. standard rubber? It is very difficult to get inserted more than 8 inches or so.
molly: Does anyone have a flu prevention program? Diet plus enemas? How many? Supplements, etc?
webmaster: www.mercola.com has info about the flu shot... Kris agrees that pregnant women should not take the flu shot
bob: i'm 61 and going great - i normally get the shot but since we can't get it, i'm just going to keep doing what i have been doing.
Lynn: I have no trouble inserting my rubber 24" tube
Lynn: You need to relax though
Lynn: I just ordered the silicone last night
Lynn: longer too
bob: when you are putting the tube in open the clamp so you let a flow of water out and it creates a channel for the tube to go in - i can put it all the way in.
bob: it usually backs out about 4 inches and that's it.
Lisa: I think if you follow the diet on Kris's Ten Days to Optimal Health, this would help you to stay healthy.
Lisa: Hey Joe! Your last name is almost like mine. Are you Italian? And WELCOME!!
molly: I already have her CD rom book. I'll try that. But first I have to get motivated to do the small enemas that Iam supposed to do. Thanks for the tip, Lisa
joe_pigheti: yes i am lisa
Ray_Hebert_DC: Are enemas beneficial to healthy people?
Lynn: Molly, I hope you get started tonight with your enemas
Lynn: I feel to everyone Ray_Hebert_DC
joe_p: how often can you take an enema?
Lisa: I miss my enemas. I'm in Austin and am having problems with the water here. The water problem will be solved in a few weeks. If I buy water, what kind of water should I get? Anyone know?
Lynn: joe_p, I take small one daily
alain: Joe, for me it is once a week
Lynn: I would just use bottled, Lisa
bob: good health to all and see you next time around
webmaster: How often to take an enema can be determined through metabolic typing and even hair analysis
Lynn: Take care bob
alain: What do you mean by metabolic typing?
webmaster: it will tell if your electolyte levels are depleted and if you need supplements to regulate your healthy levels of electrolytes
Lynn: Hair analysis, that is interesting
Lisa: We have a lot of wonderful new people here today. To bad Kris couldn't join us. But we'll have another chat in two weeks, so PLEASE join us again!!
webmaster: This link explains metabolic typing.
Lynn: Yes agree Lisa
webmaster: It can determine how often you can take enemas. In general you can take one once a week or month....it is an individual issue
Vince: Is there a way to obtain a copy of the live chat when done?
webmaster: The live chat archive is posted on the website
joe_p: when I insert my colon tube I have a problem getting in more than a little past the inner sphincter. the curves are difficult.
Lisa: Also a note to our new members: We have a great message board on this site, so hope you can join us there to ask questions or just chat about your thoughts on colon care and diet.
Vince: Ok. Thanks
webmaster: This chat will be posted on the site within the week.
Lynn: webmaster, how many colonics do you give in a day?
molly: I've got to go too. Talk to you all on the 17th at 6, not 5.
barb: what is the best kind of colon tube should use?
Lynn: Take care Molly
Lynn: Barb I just ordered the new silicone.
webmaster: The new silicone tube is the healthiest for you.
Lynn: 32fr, 30" long
barb: thank you, I have to sign off for now.
Lynn: Be well Barb
Vince: Can the same result be obtained without a colon tube for a coffee enema?
webmaster: oh...I don't give colonics...I am the webmaster ;)
Lynn: How many colonics do you give in a day?
Lynn: Oh, I'm sorry I thought you were kristina
Lisa: I'm glad we are having another chat soon. And this was fun tonight and am glad we still had it!
webmaster: the clinic has appointments all day...I don't know exactly the total
webmaster: heheee...no..I am Janet the webmaster (kind of like Conan the barbarian)
webmaster: We have a new colon therapist at the clinic named Ken....he is great.
Ray_H_DC: Can an enema be beneficial to overweight people on diets who are having a hard time to lose weight?
Lynn: Oh yes, hello Janet, guess I'm kinda out of the groove from not being on last month!
webmaster: oh yes!
webmaster: enemas can help you lose that toxic body
Lisa: For people that just joined us, Kris couldn't make the chat because of computer problems.
webmaster: enemas can purify and cleanse your body of the built up toxins.
webmaster: Fasting and enemas could possibly make you lose your gut in 10 days.
Vince: Really! Are you speaking from experience?
Lynn: Has anyone done a parasite cleanse?
webmaster: check out Dr. Jenson's book, Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management
webmaster: it shows how fasting and cleansing of the bowels can heal your body and also make you lose the beer belly gut quickly
webmaster: (not implying that any of you have a beer belly....hehehe)
webmaster: has anyone read Dr. Jenson's book?
Lynn: Janet wouldn't be from beer!! lolol
Lisa: Too bad I can't fast because of some health problems I had in the past, but on Kristina's diet and enema series, I still can lose weight. Sticking with it is the key, and the way Italians eat, that is hard for me! I try!
webmaster: it can change your life. To see the strands of rubbery waste that come out after a fast/colonic treatment.
Ray_H_DC: Are there certain solutions that are better for cleansing and weight management?
webmaster: solutions= do you mean implant solutions...like what to put in the enema water?
Lynn: webmaster the rubbery waste, what is it's usal color?
webmaster: it comes from the combination of the use of psyillium and green food supplements
Ray_H_DC: yes
webmaster: that are taken during the fast
webmaster: there are a lot of implant recipes in the book Ten Days to Optimal Health which is very helpful for weight loss and better health
webmaster: I don't know of a particular implant for weight loss
webmaster: dark brown is the usual color....but I have seen white and green too
Lynn: webmaster, thank you
webmaster::D
Vince: Janet, do you have answer on the colon tube and coffee enemas?
Lisa: I'm glad Kristina sells plugs for our implants so that we can get them from a good source!
Lynn: I have not seen them, Lisa
Lisa: Look under new products
Lynn: Thank you Lisa
webmaster: Vince, a colon tube is not necessary for a coffee enema...just useful
Lisa: We only have a few minutes left. Any more questions or comments?
Vince: Thanks.
webmaster: I have a comment....you are so cool Lisa....thanks for all the help!
Lisa: No problem! This was loads of fun!
webmaster: See you all in 2 weeks on the 17th at 6pm Central time
webmaster: Thanks for chatting with us! :)
Lisa: I'll be here!
Lisa: Have a good evening everyone!
webmaster: Bye everyone!
webmaster: It is time to exit the room. The chat transcripts will be online for viewing within the week.
Lynn: came back to say good evening
webmaster: good evening Lynn...thanks again for joining us
