Since I've Started Practicing The Enemas, I've Come A Long Way
Since I’ve started practicing the enemas, I've come a long way. The experience is something that you can't describe in words but has to be tried. With each attempt I learned more about my body. Colon Health: Why it's important and what I can do

Our body’s digestive system is a fragile ecosystem that constantly strives to balance the various healthy bacteria that are essential to its normal operation. However, there are a variety of reasons why you need to help your colon to maintain this healthy but delicate balance and a great deal of health benefits that you can enjoy if you’re willing to maintain your colon health.

What affects my colon health?

Your colon loses its ability to regulate bacteria levels for many reasons. Perhaps you have used antibiotics recently or on a regular basis, or maybe your diet isn’t as good as it could be. On the other hand, you may just be experiencing the natural effects of aging. Whatever the cause, deteriorating colon health can reduce levels of healthy bacteria, such as lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidus bacterium, and increase levels of harmful bacteria, such as Candida albicans and various Clostridium species. At unhealthy levels, even these naturally occurring bacteria can release toxins into the colon that can have long-term effects on both our colon and our overall health. Bacterial overpopulation is fairly common among even relatively healthy people.

What are the symptoms of colon health problems?

Overpopulation of unhealthy bacteria can result in a glut of health problems. Constipation, bloating, gas, and cramping are all common symptoms of colon health problems and overpopulation of bacteria or intercellular parasites, while frequent or reoccurring gastrointestinal infections may indicate more serious and chronic colonic parasites.

What effects do colon health problems have on my overall health and longevity?

Microbial overpopulation can cause a large range of serious and damaging health problems. Systemic toxins, generated by the harmful bacteria, can reduce nutrient absorption and even cause serious infections if your immune system has occasional or permanent weakness. Overpopulation of these unhealthy and parasitic bacteria in the colon can even cause structural damage to the layer of mucus coating the colon, which can lead to an abundance of problems such as accumulating waste in the colon, autoimmune diseases, food allergies, and leaky gut syndrome.

The toxic waste created by the many unhealthy bacteria in your colon then compounds the problems, especially when the colonic barrier (the mucus and bacterial membrane coating the inside of the colon) is eroded. Chemical sensitivity, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel, and Crohn's disease are all serious, long-term health concerns that can arise from continued unhealthy bacteria overpopulation in the colon.

Protect your colon health and your overall health with a regular schedule of colon cleansing.

A colon cleanse, even just a four times a year, can restore healthy levels of intestinal bacteria and remove toxins. With the Ortho Core Restore Kit, you can drastically improve your colon health in as little as seven days per colon cleanse simply by taking the supplements contained in the kit, briefly fasting, and then improving your diet for just a five additional days. This kit will help your to cleanse your colon as well as eliminate toxins, revitalize the liver, and improve gastrointestinal function.

The Optimal Health Center can also work to meet your individual needs with a Gastrointestinal Health Panel and an ensuing individualized colon cleanse program determined to meet your unique needs.
