18:06:07   Carol45  *choochoo* Hello everyone. :D
18:06:34   luigi  hello
18:06:58   Sandi  Hi
18:10:53   Tom K  Hi everyone, hope all is going well
18:22:33   Kristina  Hello All. How are you? What is on your mind?
18:22:38   Dave  Hi Kris, what's new here or elsewhere for tonight?
18:23:44   Kristina  How are you, Carol? How is your program coming along?
18:24:52   Tom K  When taking an enema series, the next day my colon is sore. What can you do to prevent that from happening?
18:25:05   luigi  has anyone hear from lisa?
18:25:19   Carol45  I really got off of my program after halloween, and have tried to get back on it, but today was an early Christmas party, so tomorrow I'll start again.
18:26:02   Kristina  Tom, what enema solution do you use in these enemas that cause your colon to be sore?
18:26:58   Kristina  Carol, I am so proud of all the work that you have done. I have absolutely no criticism of you, but rather only admiration. I know that you will take care of your body amongst all the social demands.
18:27:38   Tom K  I start out with small enema with your soap. The next enema with 1 Tbs of sea salt and 1 Tbs of baking soda to 2 qts of water.
18:27:43   Carol45  I have gone through a really discouraging emotional state, partially due to a physical problem that reoccurred. Will email you direct.
18:28:01   Dave  Was just asking what's new here with the board. Sorry for garble. Yes, Carol, I was also started on the enema can, at least my first remembered ones. Lisa is in Austria until later this week.
18:28:16   Kristina  I will look forward to hearing from you, Carol. And, if you wish to share, feel free.
18:28:46   Kristina  Does your colon hurt other times, Tom?
18:29:13   Tom K  No, only after taking the enema, it will be sore for a day or so.
18:29:19   Kristina  You might try dissolving an aspirin in the second enema, along with the sea salt and baking soda.
18:30:29   Tom K  I have prostatitis, and was told by a health nutritionist to do a garlic enema. What is your suggestion?
18:30:32   Kristina  If your colon is sore after taking an enema, it can be very useful to have a hair tissue mineral analysis done to assess your toxin load and your mineral levels.
18:31:14   luigi  what will the asprin do?
18:31:27   Kristina  The reason for this is because if you are dealing with a heavy metal load you might need to change your enema protocol to optimize release of the heavy metals.
18:31:47   Kristina  Lessen the inflammation that is occuring.
18:32:19   Carol45  I'm swollen up - again - in my middle. My waistline (of sorts) that had appeared is gone again. :(
18:32:26   Kristina  If your mineral levels are low, the enema series is likely furthering an electrolyte imbalance that needs to be corrected and is being made worse by the enema.
18:32:31   Tom K  I have had analysis done by you a year ago, and it showed heavy metal. What type of enema do I need to take for that?
18:32:46   Kristina  What heavy metal(s)?
18:33:24   Tom K  If mineral levels are low, should I avoid enemas?
18:33:38   luigi  I use the same recipes as Tom and haven't had any problems
18:33:52   Kristina  Carol, can you talk a bit about what you did previously that brought the swelling down in your waist?
18:34:56   Kristina  If your mineral levels are low, you will need to bring them up with 1 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt in food daily, bone broth soup, fruit juices, vegetable juices and coconut oil.
18:35:21   Kristina  If your colon continues to hurt from taking enemas, I would stop taking the enemas until you can address why your colon is so easily inflamed.
18:35:30   Kristina  Welcome, Phyllis
18:35:37   Dave  Kristina, can you review for group briefly the bifudis implant after colonic or enema series?
18:35:42   Carol45  Kristina, I was doing a daily enema series, 2 peppermint oil and salt, and coffee.
18:35:56   Kristina  Did you stop the enemas in this period?
18:37:13   Kristina  That is good to hear, Luigi. Most people don't have pain from taking enemas, but if one does that is a sure sign that the colon and/or liver and/or gallbladder are inflamed to some degree on a day-to-day basis.
18:37:49   Kristina  Tom, you might also try a coffee enema only and see how that works for you.
18:37:50   Phyllis  Thank you very much. I just found your web page yesterday and am a beginner to all this ... I just started coffee enemas 2 weeks ago and after reading your web page have discovered I haven't been doing them correctly.
18:37:56   Kristina  And, maybe it is time for another HTMA
18:38:00   Carol45  I was also following the ten day plan, with chicken bone broth, egg omelettes with vegetables and goat cheese, lettuce salads and rare beef. Having eliminated most fruits and breads.
18:38:15   Dave  Any estimate when the message board may return and in what form?
18:38:39   Kristina  Glad you found us. Welcome! I would love to hear your story...what inspires you to use the coffee enema, how is it going...?
18:39:09   Kristina  No, Dave. Sorry. My hope is mid-December.
18:40:17   Phyllis  Received a report of hypothyroid and learned that the coffee enema is the first place to start. I feel better, but I know there is more to this than what I am doing...
18:40:50   Kristina  Me, too. Our chat company sold out to another company so things were changed. Sorry about that and thanks for your persistence.
18:41:06   bbholl  hi everyone!
18:41:40   Dave  Got to go. See you next month.
18:41:48   Carol45  I'm doing the series about every other day due to time constraints - and plumbing problems. With adding the orange juice (6 oz. every 2 - 3 hrs) along with protein is keeping my sugar level. I've been testing every three hrs. But the Progest E raised it!
18:42:04   billythekid  Well anyhow, hi everybody
18:42:12   Kristina  I know lots about hypothyroidism. There are many other important things to do, like increased sea salt, coconut oil, Progesterone, limiting the polyunsaturated fats in the diet, and more. Feel free to email me anytime.
18:42:14   Carol45  Hey Dave - have a Happy Turkey!:D
18:42:57   Kristina  How do you test your sugar levels?
18:43:51   Carol45  One touch, on the finger. Tried my arm, which is black and blue, but the readings aren't as accurate.
18:44:05   Kristina  With a glucose monitor?
18:44:16   Sandi  what are your readings?
18:44:48   luigi  can coconut oil be used for an enema? mixed with water or by itself?
18:45:39   Carol45  Yes, "One Touch". Under 130 in am, ave 146 during day. Progest E 198. When I stay on my diet.
18:46:06   Kristina  I haven't tried the coconut oil in the water. Certainly it would be worth a try. I do recommend using it as a lubricant.
18:46:07   Phyllis  I will e-mail you with specifics. I have changed my diet, added sea salt, no coffee, no sugar, more veggies. that sort of thing, but haven't connected into a routine or a complete cleansing... I am just getting educated right now trying to sort it out
18:46:30   Kristina  That is high. How much protein are you eating, in grams?
18:46:32   billythekid  The coconut oil I just bought keeps solidifying when it cools?
18:47:24   Sandi  are you taking medication for diabetics?
18:47:24   Kristina  One website that offers a useful attitude is www.stopthethyroidmadness.com. I don't always recommend their protocol though.
18:48:11   Kristina  Also, I am finding that more and more people who are struggling with health problems are Vitamin D deficient. I wrote about this in my last newsletter. Please do have your Vitamin D levels checked.
18:48:35   Kristina  Yes, it does.
18:49:22   luigi  the container says solid below 75 degrees F - once heated it stays liquid for quite some time
18:50:04   Phyllis  Thank you for the information. I appreciate any assistance I can get at this point...
18:50:20   Kristina  The goal, in my mind, for blood sugar is 90-100. Protein brings blood sugar levels down. My recommendation is 90-110 grams of protein daily.
18:50:30   Carol45  I'm unsure of the gram thing. 10 oz goat milk; then 1 c. broth with coconut oil; next 1 hb egg; next 1 oz. chicken in 1 c. broth with veggies; next 1 oz goat cheese; next 3-4 oz of meat or fish. This on a 2 hr sched with oj.
18:51:12   Kristina  The coconut oil is worth a try in the enema. It is antifungal, antibacterial, and high is the fatty acids that optimize the health of the colonic mucosa.
18:51:59   billythekid  Article yesterday on msn front page says bowel problems cause insomnia.
18:52:09   billythekid  what's new?
18:52:10   Kristina  Yes, they certainly do.
18:52:26   bbholl  makes sense
18:53:03   Carol45  I think we can all relate to the insomnia and a belly ache. (My smiles aren't working).
18:53:21   Kristina  I am counting your protein at about 70 grams. Can you up that to 100? You might just add gelatin to your OJ.
18:53:31   bbholl  especially after Thanksgiving, Carol45 :)
18:53:53   Sandi  OJ raises blood sugar fast
18:54:36   Kristina  Yes, OJ does raise blood sugar. It is only eaten with the protein, not on its own.
18:55:06   Kristina  Carol, how much coconut oil are you taking daily?
18:55:32   Kristina  Just to let you all know, our next live chat will be December 13th.
18:56:15   Kristina  What else did the article on MSN say about bowel problems and insomnia?
18:56:17   Carol45  Definitely - I have a quarter beef on the way, and was worrying I was eating too much protien. Should I increase my veggies? Sorry, I still miss my salads. The coconut oil is 1 Tbsp in broth, and I use it for frying at med. temps.;)
18:57:10   Kristina  Try to bring up your coconut oil intake to 3 T daily. Eat veggies as you desire, okay?
18:57:17   billythekid  It focused mainly on the fact that insomnia was a strong symptom of IBS
18:57:37   Kristina  Did it say why?
18:58:04   Carol45  The other problem is a discharge from my navel, which is somewwhat embarrassing.
18:58:24   billythekid  I am sure it did, but I don't recall. Sorry
18:58:31   Sandi  an infection?
18:59:01   Kristina  Yeast?
18:59:19   Kristina  Do you have any Super Salve handy?
18:59:25   billythekid  I tried to print it out, but my printer did not work
18:59:37   Kristina  No problem. Thanks for bringing it up.
18:59:50   Kristina  Insomnia occurs because the stress hormones are elevated at night.
19:00:25   Carol45  I really don't know what it's from. it started when my middle swelled up. I've cleaned it with goat's milk soap daily, used Hydro.prox. and Super Salve. It improves, then comes back!
19:00:27   bbholl  when did you find this article?
19:00:30   Kristina  When one has IBS, one needs to heal not only the colon but also the glands and bring the hormones in line.
19:01:00   Kristina  Carol, I think it would be great if we could talk again on the phone soon. Would that work for you?
19:01:01   billythekid  Enemas reduce those levels and that is why we sleep too good after an enema.
19:01:11   billythekid  it that correct?
19:01:31   Kristina  Enemas do decrease the levels of stress hormones.
19:01:33   Carol45  I'll call the office tomorrow to set up a time. :D
19:01:40   Kristina  Excellent.
19:01:56   Kristina  And, goodnight all. I have a client now. Thanks so much for being here tonight.
19:01:58   bbholl  hey Carol, type a space before you do the smile, that should work
19:02:07   Carol45  *choochoo* Goodmight
19:02:29   Phyllis  thank you very much!!!
19:02:30   bbholl  Goodnight! See you all in December.
19:02:36   Carol45  Thanks bbholl :D
19:02:44   bbholl  have a great Thanksgiving!
19:02:52   bbholl  you're welcome :)
19:02:57   Tom K  Thanks Kristina, and good night to all.
19:03:12   Carol45  Everyone have a Happy Turkey Day
19:03:15   Kristina  You are all welcome!
