Also, it was a tremendous amount of work for Janet. With our new newsletter software, we ought to more easily be able to send out a quality newsletter one to two times per month.

17:32:14 Lisa: I think the two new movies are great! It's a little scary for a new enema user, and this will help them a lot! I wish I had something like this before my first enema!

17:33:54 Kristina: As Lisa has said, they are a treasure for new enema users. They relaxedly and warmly demonstrate a first time enema user easily clearing out her colon.
17:34:03 Lisa: When are you selling the new goat milk enema soap?
17:34:53 Kristina: Joy, if your enema program is going well, you won't necessarily find new information within the movies. However, they do model well how easy it is to take a full 2 quarts of water.
17:35:29 Joy: When will your hardcopy book come out?
17:36:09 Kristina: The goat milk soap is due out in one to two weeks. I am going on Saturday to pick up the soap but it takes a bit of time to organize the product for sale on the site. But, if all goes well, you should see them on Wednesday next week.

17:40:06 Kristina: I just met with the editor today. How long a book can take continues to amaze me. I think I can confidently say this paperback will be out in mid-December or earlier.

17:42:47 Kristina: Back to the soap, we will have a goat's milk soap mixture with frankincense and myrrh. We used to sell this essential oil mixture in an expensive Young Living product called Protec. This was a therapeuetic implant for the prostate. The soap is replacing Protec.
17:42:51 webmaster: it is a silicone retention nozzle that kind of looks like a colon tube
17:42:56 webmaster: it is pretty neat
17:44:05 Kristina: The nozzle is an inexpensive silicone retention nozzle.

17:45:17 Kristina: It is smaller than the current double and single retention nozzles that we carry so is more appropriate for all people. I think it is a good tool for most every enema user because it removes any tension that comes with the fear of leaking and the fear of the nozzle falling out.
17:45:46 kalamata: I'm a breastfeeding mother. Would this type of detox be safe or is there the possibility of toxins getting into my milk?
17:46:24 Joy: Does the retention nozzle go all the way in or just past the balloon part?
17:46:33 Kristina: Unfortunately, there are toxins in your milk. How you approach cleansing is key to moving the toxins out of the body versus recirculating them throughout the body.
17:47:17 kalamata: Is colon therapy a wrong approach?
17:48:19 webmaster: Joy: it is a nozzle, so it goes in just past the sphincter, and does not go up like a colon tube....correct me if I am wrong Kristina
17:48:26 Kristina: Therefore, I highly recommend that you eat cleansing foods that carry toxins out of the body. The movie, Cleansing, Coffee Enemas and Colon Tubes, does go into detail about these cleansing foods. Also, the more regularly you use the enemas, the better. And, the coffee assists the body to effectively detoxify.
17:48:44 Kristina: You can use the nozzle as a colon tube or as a retention nozzle.
17:49:02 Kristina: You can also inflate it when it is deeper in the colon. Just make sure to only inflate one to two times.
17:49:12 webmaster: If it is used as a colon tube, can they still inflate it?
17:49:39 webmaster: Is it safe to detox while breastfeeding?
17:50:16 Kristina: Colon therapy is an excellent approach. And, colon cleansing doesn't fully pull toxins out of the cells of the body, but rather largely only carries out toxins that are already within the digestive tract.
17:50:51 Kristina: Yes and how you detox is what makes it safe. Fasting without proper preparation would not be good.
17:51:06 Kristina: Yes, you can still inflate it when used as a colon tube.

17:53:23 Kristina: Know that toxins need to be carried out of the body from the cells. How do the toxins get from the cells to the colon?
17:53:30 Kristina: This is an extremely important question.
17:54:29 Kristina: The way in which toxins get out of the cells and into the colon is by giving your body nutrients that are of a high quality and that act as a carrier of toxins.
17:55:40 Kristina: I do mention breastfeeding, but it is not written specifically for the breastfeeding population, but because of the research I have done into safe and effective cleansing, it is safe and effective for women who are breastfeeding.
