george: kristina, why are doctors against doing an enema series for prepping for a colon exam? The stuff he prescribed made me ill. I went for a colonoscopy today and he told me that I have a twisted colon and now he wants me to get a barium enema.
george: Hi Lisa
Webmaster: Hi Everyone...Kristina will be here at 5pm, she might sign on sooner, but will start answering questions at 5pm
Webmaster: Hi Lisa, it's me Janet...thanks for all your time at the message boards :)
Lisa: Hi Janet! It's a real pleasure to be a part of something I really believe in.
Webmaster: I agree, my enthusiasm for cleansing and eating right is because of Kris.
Lynn: Hello everyone
Lisa: Welcome back Sarah!
Sarah: Thanks - be back at 5
Lynn: working on eating habits here too, also trying to cleanse more too
Achuckster2000: Hi. I'm Chuck and glad to be here
Scott: Lynn: What method(s) do you use to 'cleanse'
Lynn: I have tried taking a day or 2 of eating and just doing oranges
Lynn: Also other ways
Lynn: How about you Scott?
Lynn: Greetings from all of us Kristina
Lisa: Hi Kris! This is going to be a really good chat tonight!!
Kristina: Hello everyone. I am so pleased that you have joined our chat. Please start to write question and introduce yourself.
Scott: Lynn: I haven't tried a cleansing program (yet)
Lynn: ok
Webmaster: Kristina...we love your first video All About Enemas
Webmaster: What is your next video about?
Scott: Scott from Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada interested in colon therapy for treatment of Candida
Lynn: Hello Kristina, Lynn here, I have gall stones and thinking of a liver flush. should I do enemas with the flush?
Kristina: Since the board is quiet at the moment, I want to say a few words about cleansing. It is important that cleansing is done properly. Most ND's don't recommend cleansing without proper preparation.
Kristina: My next movie will be about cleansing, coffee enemas and colon tubes.
Scott: I'd like to hear what you have to say about cleansing, Kristina.
George: Hi Kristina, why are doctors against prepping with an enema series? I used the prep he prescribed for my colon exan and got ill from it.
Kristina: Yes, absolutely do enemas. Also, I would use raw butter in your liver flush.
Lisa: Does the amount of water you use depend of the size of the person? Can someone 5 foot take in the same amount of a big guy? Always wondered about this.
Kristina: Doctors are trained in drugs and surgery. Enemas are not a tool that they are taught to use. And they have been encouraged to think that they are dangerous. They are not!
Lynn: Raw butter in the flush - may I ask how, Kristina?
Kristina: The amount of water you are able to take into your colon depends on how long you take to put the water into your body. Slowly taking 2-4 quarts of water is shown in detail in the movie, All About Enemas. And, yes, everyone is different in how much water they can take in.
George: Have you heard of any individuals with twisted colons? I went for a colonscopy today and found out that mine is twisted. He wants me to go for a barium enema now.
CDipster: Hello Kristina, I have a problem of constipation often. I do enemas for relief, however cannot take in much water at all. Can you offer some suggestions as well as recommending a retention nozzle as it is hard to enjoy while trying to hold in nozzle.
Kristina: Soon we will have a website dedicated to the use of using raw dairy products to heal and to cleanse. This will be live in a few months. In the meantime, I am publishing a paperback copy of my book, Ten Days to Optimal Health that will detail the therapy. This will be out by the middle of October. Also our new video will talk about using raw dairy products to cleanse for the 21st century where we are exposed to such a large amount of toxins.
Kristina: Yes, I have worked with folks with twisted colons. There are better tools to use than bariums enemas for recovering a twisted colon.
Kristina: Cleansing without removing the toxic wastes that are stored in your body can be extremely damaging to the liver.
Lynn: After the liver flush should you take a complete enema.
Kristina: Cleansing without making sure that the individual cells are being nourished can be extremely damaging to the nervous system, the liver, the brain, etc. Again, I
Lynn: I will purchase your book.
Kristina: Yes, do take a complete enema after a liver flush. I would recommend 2-3 enemas, the last one using coffee.
George: He wants to make sure I do not have any polyps because he could not get the scope all the way up my colon. What are your suggestions other than a barium enema?
Webmaster: Isn't the barium enema done for the xray?
Kristina: If you want to learn what is going on in your colon, go ahead with the procedure. I am of the mind that one ought to put their efforts into healing the colon using proper nutrition and colon cleansing.
George: yes
Kristina: This is fun, and a lot of work! Please let me know who you are.
Sarah: Do you have any recommendations for using enemas during chemotherapy treatment?
Kristina: Hi Sarah
Lynn: Kristina, this is Lynn, any ideas with bladder incontinence? I thought of daily enemas to take some pressure away.
Kristina: Without knowing enough about the individual person, coffee enemas are invaluable during chemotherapy. There is much written about this. Some take the enemas two times daily. It is important not to use too much coffee.
Kristina: Go ahead and give daily enemas a try and see what happens and let us all know on the next chat or the message boards. We are all learning from each other. Also, it depends what is causing the incontinence.
roger: Does an enema series once a week finishing with 1.5 to 2 quarts seem reasonable?
Kristina: Hi Roger. Absolutely. And, how many enemas one takes is very individual.
Kristina: Hi Mike.
Achuckster2000: Kristina, with coffee enemas I alays use a 30" colon tube................does the fr diameter have any impact on the effects of the enema?
mike_e: Hi Kristina you have a great site, it's helped me a lot
Kristina: No, but I find that most people do best with a 32FR.
Susan: I had a barium enema before having surgery for an ovarian cyst 15 years ago and nothing seemed to work right afterwards.
Kristina: Also, we will soon be selling silicone colon tubes. My goal is to replace the latex with the silicone, so that the products I recommend are completely non-toxic.
CDipster: hello Kristina, can you recommend a good retention nozzle?
Kristina: Sorry Susan. There are many tools that you can use to fully recover your body. Call me or read my book.
Lynn: Lynn again - Kristina, the bladder incontinence is some nerve damage from a fall and stress incontinence also.
Kristina: Susan, the process probably disrupted the healthy bacteria in your colon. This important ecosystem needs to be rebuilt. Use fermented foods. Raw dairy.
mike_e I've had a lot of knee pain and knee surgery and I've been prescribed a lot of Vicodin and that really binds you up. If not for your products I don't know what I would have done.
roger: Are coffee enemas a good routine clensing tool?
Kristina: How much do you want to pay for your retention nozzle? All the ones we sell on the site work well. The cheaper ones are made for one-time use and last quite a while, but not forever. The silicone retention nozzle is the highest quality, but expensive. And, it will last a very long time.
Kristina: I am glad that you are doing well, Mike. Go ahead and tell your full story, if you wish.
George: After the Barium enema what is the best way to get rid of the barium so it does not turn into concrete?
bigfoot: I enjoy a 50/50 wine/water enema. Is there any harm to the body in this?
Kristina: Yes, coffee enemas are excellent for routine cleasning. But, you ought never feel buzzed after a coffee enema and you ought never feel weakened.
CDipster: Hello again, I am willing to pay about $50, Kristina
Kristina: To rid your body fully of the barium, take one to two enema series daily for at least a week. Also, eat high quality fats like raw dairy, cod liver oil, and coconut oil in order to bind the barium.
mike_e: I take a lot of Vicodin which is a narcotic analgesic and it really causes constipation. Learning about the colonic ecosystem, from your site, has helped me immensely.
Kristina: I don't know about the enema with wine. I don't recommend it.
Kristina: Hi Lisa
CDipster: Thank you Kristina. I will check out the nozzles. thank you again.
Kristina: You are welcome. Sorry we don't have one in the $50 price range.
mike_e: Kristina, I used a fully inserted colon tube, with a 6qt enema bag but couldn't get much H2O into colon
Webmaster: Can you put coconut oil in an enema as an implant?
Lisa: Is the tea you sell on your site meant for enemas or to drink??
Webmaster: which tea?
Kristina: You can use the coconut oil as a lubricant. And, you eat it. You can use 2 day old raw milk as an implant although.
Kristina: The tea is meant to drink
George: Kristina, I just want you to know how pleased I am with the Flowmaster system I purchased from you. It does a very good job.
roger: Is there any reason to use a colon tube with colon board?
Kristina: Well, thank you so much. I, too, have come to love the Flowmaster design. I found out that the trick to taking an enema that could fully clear out the colon was to bypass the first part of the colon where the nerve endings are.
Kristina: By taking more water into the colon, one can clean the colon all the way to the cecum.
George: With the bulb i can take a three to four quart enema.
Kristina: By putting water throughout the colon, one has a more effective cleansing system than a colon board and equally as effective as colon hydrotherapy for a fraction of the cost.
Kristina: Does anyone have trouble taking a 2-4 quart enema?
Lynn: Kristina, I haven't got to 4, but only 3.
Kristina: Does anyone have any health troubles that they are looking for help with?
Scott: I can take only just under 2 quarts with an empty colon, no matter what I have tried.
Sarah: Yes - I two seem to hit a limit at 2 quarts.
Lynn: Kristina, I really want to take a 4 qt
Kristina: Take your enema while in the bath. Plan to take at least 1/2 to put the water into your body. Put only 1/2 cup of water into your body every minute or so.
Kristina: In addition, always use the highest quality water, take 2-3 enemas, and use Celtic sea salt.
George: Will a four quart enema straighten out my colon?
Lynn: should the legs be elevated on the sides of tub?
Kristina: And, remember, quantity isn't everything. The focus is to fully clear out the colon with as little to do as possible.
Sarah: When taking a lot of water - how do you know you are not harming your insides? How do you know for sure that you are full?
Kristina: Taking regular enemas, along with proper diet, will impact your colon tremendously. Look into butyrate and its importance to colon health. It is found only in high quality, grass fed, preferably raw, dairy products.
Scott: I find that no matter how slowly I take water into the colon (I have taken 30 minutes) as I approach 2 quarts, I experience "gas pains" similar to my colon being stretched rapidly by gas in the colon. Could this indicate I have reached my limit?
Kristina: The legs can be elevated, but don't have to be.
George: How much celtic sea salt do you use per quart?
Kristina: You will have pain if you are taking in too much water. Any pain ought to pass within 20-30 seconds. If it doesn't empty your bowels.
Lynn: Kristina, we have talked of larger olive oil implants - would like to insert at least 3 qts, would you recommend that way also, also with a 36" colon tube?
Kristina: Yes, it sounds as if 2 quarts is what you can take. You can try the sea salt and see if that changes things. As well as the bath tub idea.
Kristina: Take the olive oil into your body very slowly. I would recommend a 30 inch, 32 FR silicone colon tube.
Sarah: I have been VERY nervous about trying a colon tube - fear of perforating my colon. How safe is it and how easy is it to perforate your colon?
honeyb9729: Kristina, occasionally, very occasionally, I get very nauseous while expelling my enema. What is happening? How can it be prevented?
Scott: thank you, Kristina :)
Kristina: Colon tubes can perforate the colon. But, the colon has to be in pretty bad shape. Never force a colon tube. Colon tubes, mostly, are fancy nozzles. Also, use the natural curve of the colon tube to slide it in to your body. Lubricate it well. We now sell a lubricant syringe that allows you to fill the colon with olive oil or Surgilube so that the colon tube will slide in more easily.
Susan: I have been on the Atkins diet for a couple of months and was doing very well but have stopped losing weight. Can enemas help?
Kristina: If you get nauseous while expelling an enema, your liver needs help. Use coffee enemas. Follow the diet laid out in my new paperback book, Ten Days to Optimal Health. Eat raw butter. Take cod liver oil. And, much more.
Kristina: Yes, try coffee enemas for one week, daily to see if you continue to lose weight.
Scott: For the treatment of moderate Candida, assuming the diet change and all other causal factors are dealt with, how many enema series would be indicated, using garlic, plain water, and coffee enemas?
lance: how far should a colon tube be inserted?
Lisa: Hey Susan, I know someone on the Atkins diet and didn't lose much weight, but lost sevral inches!
Kristina: When one stops losing weight, one's metabolism has stopped functioning properly. If you determine what your individual body needs, you will continue to lose weight. Check out Metabolic Typing.
Kristina: I wouldn't recommend garlic.
Sarah: I have to have my tonsils out next week and I was told I might have much difficulty swallowing. Can a retention enema be used to hydrate the body?
Kristina: Your body ought to tell you how many enemas. Try one daily for a couple of days. Two filtered water and celtic sea salt enemas, followed by a coffee enema that you hold for 10-15 minutes. If you feel worse, you are doing too many enemas. Then back down to two times a week, and so on.
Kristina: I wouldn't recommend a retention enema to hydrate the body. And have you thought of trying to save your tonsils? They are extremely important immune organs.
Sarah: Unfortunately, I have a cancer in them.
Kristina: Garlic kills all microbes. Raw, aged milk is better.
Lynn: Back when was young, my mother had several pieces of enema eqiupment, it was amazing they knew then the importance of cleaning yourself. she had a very large bulb syringe that I think held over 15 ounces.
Kristina: I am sorry to hear about the cancer. And you can heal! Do you know about the work of Aajonus Vanderplanitz? Check him out. He is extreme but I know many who have had great success with his work. Along with daily coffee enemas.
Scott: Thank you Kristina.
Sarah: Thanks for the advice.
Kristina: You are welcome. Thank you.
George: Kristina, how much celtic sea salt do you use per quart of water?
Kristina: 1 tsp per quart of water
George: Thank you
Lynn: I want to say thank you so many times Kristina but not sure if I should wait.
Kristina: Go ahead.
Lynn: Thank you!!
Webmaster: :-)
Kristina: You are welcome. Go ahead and tells everyone about yourself, if you wish.
Kristina: Hi Cookie
Cookie: hey hey
Kristina: What do you have on your mind?
Sarah: Chat is fine with me
Webmaster: This is our first chat with this new software and I think it is going well
Cookie: i was wondering if this chat was going better than the last one, also how come i don't get good elimination every time i take an enema
Kristina: Does anyone have trouble with leaking or the nozzle falling out while taking an enema.
Cookie: no, i always put the tube up almost as far as it can go
Kristina: It is going excellently. My hats off to Janet. Optimal Health Network's beloved webmaster.
Webmaster: :o
Lynn: Hello everyone, my name is Lynn and male and have used enemas most of my life for a variety of reasons, from my bladder incontinence to pure constipation, I feel so much better taking them, and was given them regurerely as a child, my mothere beleive in the
Lynn: A big thank you Janet
Scott: Krisina: I understand that garlic in the enema kills all microbes. However, does filtered water not do the same? If not, how is filtered water in colonic irrigation and enemas successful in destroying candida in the colon?
Sarah: When I purchased an amber bag from you, I also got an inflatable nozzle - the blue kind. I have to put it in and out very slowly to avoid abrasion - but it solved the problem of my expelling the nozzle part way through an enema.
Webmaster: :D Glad you all like the site and have learned from Kristina's great wisdom
Lynn: I wish we would see advertisements on tv for enema bags, to open peoples eyes
Kristina: I Excellent. Lubricate with super salve. That ought to resolve any risk of abrasions.
roger: Is there a particularly good lubricant that does not wash away easily?
Kristina: Super Salve!
Lynn: Kristina you are the very best, and to think I was in Madison last month
Lynn: Kristina are you close to the airport
Kristina: Microbes live within the tissues of the colon. Some are washed away within the stool, as they would be anyways. Garlic is antimicrobial. Water is not.
Webmaster: We have about 8 minutes left in the chatroom. Does anyone have any unanswered questions?
George: Hello everyone my name is George. I received many enemas as a child from my mother due to constipation from the meds. I still have to take weekly enemas to get cleaned out good.
Cookie: how long should you take to give, hold and release an enema?
Kristina: The reason one uses colon cleansing to rid the body of Candida is a very long answer. Please call me or read my new paperback book, Ten Days to Optimal Health. I will think on it right now and see if I can come up with a quick answer.
Kristina: Yes, I am very close to the airport.
Lynn: I would just like to thank both of you of inviting me in - I will look forward to future chats
lance: when using a colon tube, how far should it be inserted?
Kristina: How long is completely based on the individual. Average time is between 10-30 minutes. If you don't have much time, you can be quicker.
davemcq: Hi Kristina -- I just got my colon board today -- any tips for the first time?
Kristina: 6-30 inches.
Lisa: I love the handheld shower head I bought from you. Not only for enemas, but for skin and hair too. So soft!
Kristina: Take your time. Use high quality water and Celtic sea salt. Make sure you feel safe so that you can fully relax.
Scott: Thank you Kristina.
davemcq: What is the quantity of sea salt to water?
Lynn: Kristina, you will be getting a large order from me soon!!!
Kristina: Thank you all so much. I truly appreciate your support with this project. Feel free to call, email, post on our message boards and join our chat next month. I love you all. Kristina
Kristina: Use 2-4 T in the 4 gallons of water.
Kristina: email me and I will send a link to Aajonus.
davemcq: thanks!
Achuckster2000: Thanks Kristina.........you are a real blessing to those of us who love enemas and all their benefits
Sarah: Thank you.
Scott: Thank you again
alex: thanks for your help
Kristina: How about a farewell song? So long, farewell....from the Sound of Music......
davemcq: quick last question -- I've been doing coffee enemas -- any benefit here?
George: Kristina, is a soft water system the same as filtered water? We have an artesian well that is 600 feet into the ground. Therefore, we do not have any of the chemicals in city water.
Kristina: Yes, yes, yes. Coffee enemas are extremely beneficial. I will write about them a lot in my update book, as well as talk about them a lot in our next movie.
davemcq: Thanks Kristina -- I'll be back for the next chat if possible.
Webmaster: THANKS EVERYONE FOR JOINING US TODAY...SEE YOU ON SEPT 8th
Lisa: I look forward to your new movie!!!
Kristina: We have water test kits. I would test your water for nitrites, nitrates, etc. The stuff that is in our water in the farmlands. No, soft water is not the same as filtered water.
Webmaster: Bye Kristina
Kristina: Good bye!
Lynn: bye bye
Lynn: going to the catalog!!
George: Bye Kristina, thanks for all of your help
alex: thanks, bye
Webmaster: you are welcome
