19:54:10   kristina  Hi All, Welcome to tonight's live chat. Anytime you wish you can start a topic, ask questions and/or share your experiences regarding the colon cleanse, nutrition, hormones, enema equipment, taking enemas and all related topics.
19:55:53   TomIA  I am early for a change
19:59:28   kristina  One thread that I am going to put forward tonight is to post common questions that we receive at the Optimal Health Network. Some I will answer, others I won't. I am looking to these colon cleanse and nutrition FAQs to generate conversation.
20:00:47   kristina  Just wondering if the 2500cc enema bag, SKU 203 is appropriate for coffee enemas
20:02:16   kristina  Both of our 2500cc enema bags, sku 106 and sku 203, are appropriate for taking coffee enemas. Most of the enema bags and enema cans or enema buckets are excellent for taking coffee enemas.
20:02:25   jcyurko  Hi Kristina.
20:03:05   Carol45  *choochoo* Welcome everyone.
20:03:09   TomIA  I prefer you can it is easy to clean and does not hold the coffee odors
20:03:26   Buzz  Are coffee enemas really that beneficial?
20:03:49   kristina  One issue to consider when taking coffee enemas is that the coffee can discolor your enema bag. For instance, if you use an Amber 2 or 3 quart enema bag, you would want a different enema set up to take your coffee enema.
20:04:11   michael b  happy spring to everyone and their families
20:04:50   kristina  The stainless steel enema can, sku 223, is an excellent choice for taking coffee enemas. It is VERY easy to clean and does not stain and is offered at an excellent price.
20:05:07   Carol45  I can tell a big difference when I do coffee enemas on a regular basis. Get run down in a hurry without them. :o
20:05:11   jcyurko  Kristina: Do you have a copy of your book "Ten Days to Optimal Health"? If so, I have found it to be wonderful, you do have one misspelling on page 135, item 11 the third word. Check it out.
20:05:24   kristina  Additionally, you can use any of your existing enema hose, enema clamp and enema nozzle with the stainless steel enema bucket.
20:05:37   kristina  Thanks, Michael.
20:05:44   kristina  Hello, Carol!
20:05:52   TomIA  I use my flowmaster on the bucket for coffee and implants
20:06:10   kristina  Thanks for the appreciation of my book, Ten Days to Optimal Health. I have lots of copies.
20:06:23   kristina  I will look into the spelling error. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
20:06:36   kristina  Coffee enemas are VERY beneficial.
20:07:02   kristina  I do go into detail about their benefits in my book and on the DVD - Cleansing, Coffee Enemas and Colon Tubes.
20:07:27   TomIA  Does anyone have the delrin tip colon tube? Do you have trouble using it?
20:07:32   Buzz  Steve McQueen took coffee enemas for his liver cancer, but died anyway.
20:08:28   jps  Is it helpful to hold the coffee enema longer than the recommended 12 min.
20:08:47   michael b  abestosis is what did in steve mcqueen.
20:08:53   TomIA  McQueen tried many treatments but started after cancer had a hold on him.
20:09:02   Carol45  Buzz; I remember Steve McQueen. That was the first time I heard of coffee enemas. The article said that he had to travel to Mexico to get them. I got the impression that he had waited too long.
20:10:03   TomIA  His trip to Mexico was for cancer drug treatments - the coffee enemas were only a part of the clinic's treatment regimen. Did a paper on that during college
20:10:37   Buzz  Well, maybe coffee enemas are good for your general health, but not a "cure all" for advanced diseases.
20:10:52   kristina  Coffee enemas do have many benefits: coffee enemas increase the flow of bile out of your body; bile carries toxins out of the body.
20:11:40   TomIA  I have been investigating the use of green tea for the gain of anti oxidants as an addition to coffee regimen
20:11:46   Carol45  Hi Mike.
20:11:58   Mike K  Hi All
20:12:49   kristina  This is true. It is better to use the coffee enemas one time a month to one time a week, as a preventative method, while you are healthy. However, in the toolbox of healing from cancer, coffee enemas are often used.
20:13:03   kristina  Great, Tom, tell us what you have learned.
20:13:34   Carol45  Hello Joseph
20:13:47   Joseph  Hello Carol, everyone
20:14:38   kristina  Here is another use for regular coffee enemas that I write about in my book:
20:14:41   kristina  2. Cigarettes The smoke from a cigarette exposes your body to over 600 dangerous chemicals, including heavy metals such as cadmium, formaldehyde, phenol, acetaldehyde, and arsenic. Smoking while on this program is obviously counterproductive to the work that you are trying to accomplish. The great news is that within two weeks most of the nicotine will be gone from your body. Yes, it only takes two weeks for the majority of nicotine to leave your body. By the end of this program, you can easily be a nonsmoker. And this program is set up to make it much easier to quit smoking. Bile, from the gallbladder, is your main tool for carrying the nicotine and other toxins out of your body in these two weeks. Colon cleansing, and particularly coffee enemas, increase the flow of bile out of your body. Thus, if you are quitting smoking, take coffee enemas, after your cleansing enemas, one to seven times per week. Once the nicotine is out of the body, all physical withdrawal will cease. During the initial two weeks and after, it is important to realize that stress has a physiological effect on the body,
20:15:22   kristina  which increases the desire for cigarettes. Stress makes the urine acidic. Whenever the urine becomes acidic, the body excretes more nicotine. Thus, when a smoker encounters a stressful situation, he/she excretes more nicotine and goes into withdrawal. Most smokers feel that when they are nervous or upset, cigarettes help calm them down. The calming effect from cigarettes is not relief from the emotional strain of a situation, but actually the effect of replenishing the nicotine supply and ending the withdrawal. During stressful times, take more coffee enemas. During stressful times, find a friend who can listen to you rant and rave about the stressful situation. During stressful times, play a musical instrument. During stressful times, take a long walk in a favorite spot and cry. And do try to diminish the amount of stress that you are under when you take on quitting smoking. And it is fine to take on quitting smoking a week or two into the program. Always remember that your goal is to be successful. With small and steadfast steps, you will be successful!
20:15:35   TomIA  Mostly an Asian custom to use organic green tea as enema solution to be held much like a coffee implant. Rather than bile production it boosts the anti oxidants for body and skin health. Normally used in a 3-4 cup volume and held for 10-12 minutes.
20:15:49   kristina  As always, let me know if I have missed any comments or questions.
20:16:09   kristina  Have you tried them, Tom?
20:16:21   Carol45  Greetings livon and Billy the Kid
20:16:38   Joseph  hello livon, billy
20:16:47   Carol45  Glad to see you're back after the tax season Billy
20:16:57   jcyurko  Kristina: Have you found anything new for the treatment of BPH?
20:17:13   Billy the Kid  Hello Everybody. Looks like a goodly Crowd on hand
20:17:20   michael b  kristina, do you advise 1tsp .per qt. of h2o of celtic sea salt with frank and myrrh soap and chamo and sage soaps?
20:17:39   TomIA  Yes I have done this twice. I also use your organic coffee with both I have started using a followup cleansing enema to flush out
20:18:57   Mike K  TomIA Question Why would you want to flush out the coffee and green tea ?
20:19:23   jps  Is it helpful to hold the coffee enema longer than 12 minutes?
20:19:41   jcyurko  TomIA: Does it work for you? How often do you use the soap?
20:19:50   kristina  I continue to find that using a regular enema program, with our Optimal Health Network Goat Milk Enema Soap Frankincense and Myrrh, sku 981, improves the health of the prostate.
20:20:06   TomIA  In reading various articles many believe it is better to flush out the coffee after a delay to flush the toxins out that are release via the coffee efforts
20:21:00   kristina  Yes, Michael, use 1 tsp of Celtic sea salt per quart of water. I like the idea of using both soaps.
20:21:16   Mike K  TomIA doesn't it take four to six hours for the bile to reach the large intestine?
20:21:23   Buzz  If coffee enemas flush out toxins, and make you healthier, why don't M.D.s recommend it ?
20:21:47   livon  Hi everyone! Got held up for a little while with understanding the chat.
20:21:58   Carol45  The question of the ages Buzz.
20:21:58   TomIA  My flush is done 6-8 hours after the coffee or tea is done.
20:22:27   Mike K  livon Glad you made it
20:22:32   kristina  On our new site, we will have an in-depth article on cleansing the colon after the coffee enema. You will learn what timing to use. You don't take the cleansing enema after the coffee enema immediately.
20:22:33   livon  Glad to be on
20:23:11   Carol45  Kristina, how about the new site?
20:23:13   TomIA  I usually do it the next morning if I do the set the night before
20:23:24   jcyurko  Kristina: What new site???
20:23:42   Carol45  Hello Leslie
20:23:46   Joseph  hello Leslie
20:24:01   Leslie  Hi everyone
20:24:21   kristina  That is my understanding, Mike.
20:25:11   livon  Hi Leslie
20:25:27   Carol45  Hello gibby
20:25:33   gibby  hi, carol
20:25:36   kristina  Right now, it looks like we will launch within this next week.
20:25:43   Buzz  Well. okay folks, I'll try the coffee enema and see if that doesn't help my late lack of energy and general malaise.
20:26:08   Carol45  I think you will be pleased with the results.
20:26:24   kristina  Keep checking www.optimalhealthnetwork.com over the next week and you will find out what new site!
20:26:42   jcyurko  Kristina: What is the domain for this new site? Thanks
20:26:47   livon  Kristina, If just for the sake of health, how often does one do a coffee enema?
20:27:07   michael b  kristina, i must say both soaps are splendid.
20:27:22   kristina  Medical doctors are trained in the tools of drugs and surgery. Using alternatives to these tools doesn't tend to be their area of expertise.
20:27:39   kristina  However, coffee enemas were first used in hospitals by nurses.
20:27:49   Leslie  Kristina, you had once told me and some people are of the opinion also that aged cascara sagrada is ok to take indefinitely. some say it is better to take it with other herbs in some combo. all i know is i have done both, but still seem to need it. thanks
20:27:52   kristina  Thanks, Michael.
20:28:10   TomIA  I really like the goat milk frank/myrhh combo soap use it now for my first round of emema series.
20:28:27   kristina  I agree with you that we have done an excellent job on formulating those therapeutic soaps.
20:29:01   Carol45  I like them on the 'outside' too! :D
20:29:25   Buzz  Thank you all for your learned opinions. Gotta' go eat my chemically prepared dinner now. Ciao!
20:29:25   kristina  Let us know, Buzz, how it goes. We are currently having a sale, if you need coffee.
20:29:57   Carol45  The type of coffee used DOES make a difference.
20:30:00   TomIA  I still am finding the delrin tip colon tube a challenge. The standard tube is working OK for me. I shall continue to try and practice with the larger tube.
20:30:12   michael b  curative medicine pays much more than preventive medicine.
20:30:31   kristina  I would take a coffee enema one time weekly. I would start out with a cleansing enema before the coffee enema.
20:30:39   Joseph  yes, I love your goats milk soaps kristina
20:30:47   kristina  Same domain name.
20:31:14   kristina  How is your health, Leslie?
20:31:15   Carol45  TomIA, I use both tubes. I have found that using the delrin tip tube works better for the second or third one of the series.
20:31:26   jcyurko  OK, I will watch it close this next week.
20:31:51   kristina  Even my kids like the soaps. And, my son who is heavily into sports is happy with the soaps.
20:32:40   TomIA  I have tried it on the 2nd and 3rd rounds but I find that I seem to resist or tighten up after the second enema and becomes more difficult to use the larger tube. Even my smaller diameter can be tricky.
20:33:31   Carol45  Today was my Red Hat day and the lucky birthday girls got goat's milk soap for their presents.
20:33:33   kristina  Question for all: We are planning our next movie or two....any wishes for future movies?
20:34:10   Leslie  Kristina, it is better than before but I am frustrated that i still tend towards constipation. I worry that I will never be able to get off some kind of herbal laxative like cascara sagrada. I am thinking i need to clean out my liver to help with this.
20:34:11   Joseph  what is the topic of the next movie kris?
20:34:13   gibby  I have a request, Kristina.
20:34:17   kristina  Yes, we give the soap as presents often. People seem to really appreciate quality hand made soaps.
20:34:26   michael b  buzz,s name kinda fits
20:35:33   kristina  Have you taken a hair tissue mineral analysis and an adrenal stress index test yet? Both of these can offer you a picture into your individual body that will assist you to optimize your bowel function.
20:35:45   michael b  are the soaps hard milled? as they say.
20:35:51   kristina  It varies, Gibby.
20:35:56   Carol45  Leslie, I found that if I slack off on taking my magnesium I get right back to being constipated.
20:36:05   gibby  Kristina, I would like to see one of your movies deal with the emotional benefits of the enema, if that is appropriate.
20:36:11   nibroc  How about colon tube technique---this can be frustrating
20:37:02   Leslie  No, I have't done the hair thing or the adrenal stress index, I do take magnesium tho not sure how much is enough. do you offer both those tests?
20:37:21   Carol45  For those of us who have never had the opportunity of a colon session, could more detail be done on this?
20:37:36   kristina  Colon Tube technique is one of the topics that we are considering. However, we do have colon tube guidance in the DVD: Cleansing, Colon Tubes and Coffee Enemas.
20:38:13   michael b  would it possible to to make the small and large volume enemas on dvd?
20:38:19   TomIA  Possibly more detail on your flowmaster system and the enema series.
20:38:42   kristina  Yes, we do Leslie. Magnesium is an excellent tool for moving the bowels. However, continual magnesium use can imbalance your calcium, potassium and sodium so it is important to track your magnesium levels seasonally when using it to move the bowels.
20:38:59   nibroc  The existing movie is vague and needs more detail and information on how to do it effectively
20:39:06   Leslie  How often do people do enemas over a week? is there a good amount to do?
20:39:34   kristina  Yes, Michael. We have had many requests for putting the small and large volume enema downloadable onto DVD. I will look into that.
20:39:36   TomIA  I only do a series every other week on average
20:39:54   kristina  Gibby, I will take into account your request. I need to be careful about that subject.
20:40:53   Carol45  Leslie, this varies with individuals. Just as we are all different in all areas. I have been doing series on weekends, but feel better when I do them oftener.
20:41:24   Leslie  by series you mean you do several at one time?
20:41:54   Carol45  Yes. Taking 3 with about a half hour between.
20:42:09   Carol45  The third being a coffee.
20:42:17   TomIA  I would normally do a series of enemas normally 4 including the first quick flush
20:42:38   michael b  lisa, aka h2o wmn. is looking at nasty weather in Austin, hope she makes the chat.
20:42:52   gibby  My enema series is usually three 2qt enemas.
20:43:00   kristina  F and M soap: Ingredients: Saponified oils of *coconut, *palm, *olive, and *sunflower; goat milk (local and sustainable), essential oil blend (frankincense, myrrh, and nutmeg), and tocopherol (vitamin e). *certified organic ingredient
20:43:21   Leslie  thank you,k - I didn't know that about the time in between. thank you for all this info. why do you do the coffee at the end, for your liver? thanks
20:43:34   kristina  C and S soap: Ingredients: Saponified oils of *coconut, *palm, *olive, and *sunflower; goat milk (local, sustainable), essential oil blend (lavender, clary sage, and chamomile), and tocopherol (vitamin e). *certified organic ingredient
20:43:40   Carol45  michael b, Lisa left a note on the forum that she wouldn't be here tonight, also Dave - Said to say hello.
20:43:56   kristina  I am not certain about the soaps being hard milled.
20:43:59   TomIA  I normally go through my series with only @10 minutes between.
20:44:24   Carol45  Found I have less cramping, and can hold more.
20:44:37   Billy the Kid  I spread them out. Every 1/2 hour or so.
20:45:01   Carol45  Yes Leslie, that's why the coffee being held is at the end of the series.
20:45:15   kristina  Again, the DVD, Cleansing, Coffee Enemas and Colon Tubes goes into detail regarding using our unique Flowmaster Complete Colon Cleanse System. We have also written about this system on our new www.enemabag.com.
20:45:28   TomIA  I don't have much trouble with cramping but do find my volume ability varies
20:45:35   kristina  http://www.enemabag.com/complete_colon_cleanse.html
20:45:43   Joseph  good nite all, nice to see you again kris, carol
20:45:52   kristina  And, I like the idea of having even more information on this system.
20:45:55   Carol45  I have also done 2 series in the pm and coffee in the am. Doing this on a regular, daily, basis is when I felt the best. However there are time constraints.
20:46:05   Carol45  nite Joseph
20:46:10   TomIA  I have the
20:46:17   kristina  Yes, you take the coffee enema for the liver.
20:46:37   TomIA  I have the DVD - just think more technique detail would be beneficial.
20:47:11   kristina  You want the coffee enema solution to be absorbed into the body. This is why you take a cleansing enema before, because you don't want the wastes sitting in the colon to be absorbed along with the coffee enema solution.
20:47:38   kristina  Yes, the enema series means you take 2-3 enemas in a row.
20:47:58   TomIA  Have you ever thought of cover the other enema nozzle types you offer?
20:48:02   Leslie  ok, that is interesting about the coffee enema.
20:48:07   Carol45  Billy the Kid, how is your weather? New Orleans is sort of in the same direction as Austin.
20:48:19   kristina  How to do what more effectively? use the Flowmaster, take the enema series, use the colon tube?
20:48:51   Billy the Kid  It is threatening. Tornado Watch in effect.
20:48:52   kristina  Go to http://www.enemabag.com/how_often_to_take_enemas.html to learn more about how often to take an enema.
20:49:05   TomIA  Actually all points could be enhanced
20:49:12   Leslie  thank you
20:51:00   kristina  Tom I don't understand your enema nozzle question. Can you try again?
20:51:36   kristina  You are welcome.
20:52:25   TomIA  In your downloads and even the DVD you mainly demonstrate the inflatable nozzle, you offer other enema nozzles and discussion of advantages and differences would be helpful to novices.
20:52:51   kristina  Got it! Great idea to feature more of the enema nozzles.
20:53:01   Carol45  When I look at the individual nozzles I don't get a good idea of their different sizes. Maybe a display of them side by side would help.
20:54:07   kristina  We will have this enema nozzle display on the new site. The photos on the new web site will be very different.
20:54:15   kristina  Next live chat:
20:54:17   TomIA  The techniques of colon tube insertion and working it into deeper positions would be helpful.
20:54:42   kristina  Wednesday, June 11th at 7 pm.
20:54:52   jcyurko  Kristina: Thank you and hope to be part of the next chat
20:55:10   Carol45  Looking forward to seeing everyone back at that time.
20:55:41   kristina  Thanks for attending this live chat. I am blessed that you all chose to spend this hour here.
20:55:59   jps  Kristina, thank you for all the good information you provide.
20:56:06   kristina  You are welcome.
20:56:13   TomIA  Discussion of implants on DVD in more detail would also be nice including the implant syringe and colon tube
20:56:17   livon  I enyoyed this. I always forget to tune in, today I did good.
20:56:39   Carol45  We're blessed to have you, and all the healthful help you have given us.
20:56:40   Leslie  thank you all very much!
20:56:42   kristina  As we sign out, I would love to hear what GREAT movie you all have watched lately!
20:56:44   livon  Thanks Kristina!
20:56:44   michael b  it seems you, kristina, are as busy as ever always with new stuff.
20:57:17   TomIA  Thanks and good night
20:57:26   kristina  Busy, but I am still playing the piano and spending quality time with the kids. I have also gotten myself into a very solid workout program, which I absolutely love!
20:57:38   Leslie  The Visitor was very good.
20:58:03   Carol45  Two years and 2 days to medicare!! ;) *choochoo*
20:58:09   TomIA  See you on my next trip to Wisconsin. Say hi to DEE DEE for me.
20:58:25   kristina  Excellent. I tried to get my son to go to that movie with me, but I hope to see it on Friday with my husband. My son and I went to see The Counterfeiters, which was excellent and brutal, but I do recommend it.
20:58:51   michael b  have you watched the pianist
20:59:03   kristina  Yes, and my son watched in numerous times.
20:59:44   kristina  Enjoy the Tulips and the Crab Apple trees, if you have them. There is so much beauty here in Madison.
20:59:55   livon  A good night! Thanks again! Bye!
21:00:01   kristina  Good night, all!
21:00:06   michael b  how about derzu uzala?
21:00:34   Billy the Kid  Thank You, Kristina. Good Night Everybody.
21:01:34   michael b  carol45, thanks for the update on lisa, you war baby you.
21:02:32   michael b  be careful all and have fun.
