6-quart large volume enema bags are ideal for taking enemas in series for a complete colon cleanse without the constant need to refill the bag when the enemas are taken sequentially.
Start with the bag full of very warm water. As each 1- or 2-quart enema is taken, held, and then emptied on the toilet, the water naturally cools, so each subsequent enema is a bit cooler than the last. This accomplishes both the ability to take enemas in sequence and is also good for proper colon care, as in a series of enemas the last enema taken should be cooler than the first to restore muscle and tissue tone to the inner colon. These bags come with a chain hanging device, flexible latex enema hose, and a white plastic ratchet hose clamp. IV stand is not included. An enema nozzle or colon tube must be purchased separately.
All Optimal Health Network enema kits, enema bags and enema buckets come with a downloadable booklet on "How to take an Enema". Please read our download instructions here before purchasing.
